Since Vespiquen is a terrible wall, the Same Happened to it's evolution Combee.
Despite it's 70 base speed, Combee is mediocre in PU and it had No niche what so ever!
As its typing provides multiple common weaknesses, including a 4x weakness to Stealth Rock.
It could not take hit's from Rock Types such as Golem, Armaldo, Crustle, Rampardos, and Relicanth due to it's poor bulk.
It is also outclassed by Pelipper, Swanna, and it's evolution Ducklett which not only has a better typing but also provides support with Defog.
Combee's poor defensive typing and the move's predictability, respectively. It is also easily revenge killed by Choice Scarf users such as Raichu and Sawsbuck.
Other Pokemon such as Gorebyss and Ninjask are better cleaners, as they are not limited on turns and are stronger, and Pelipper is better at supporting a team with Tailwind to make Combee more Faster.

Tailwind doubles Combee's team for several turns, allowing it to outspeed almost every unboosted Pokémon in PU while also providing team support. Bug Buzz is Combee's strongest STAB move and Air Cutter provides a secondary STAB and a way to hit Fighting-, Flying-, and Fire-types such as Monferno, Pelipper, and Rapidash but sadly, Air Cutter wasn't enough to KO all of these Pokémon due to it's poor Special Attack put all of these Pokemon KO Combee.
Again, it cannot KO when weakened. Targets include Ninetales, Probopass, and Pelipper.
Even Zebstrika and Floatzel KOed it too!
Except it 2 hit KOed Tangela and Grumpig!
Plus, Bug Buzz will not be KOing NFE Pokemon such as Vibrava, Metang and Roselia.
Even Gabite to 2 Hit KOs Combee Too.
Stunfisk Too will KO it with Discharge.
It is also outclassed by the Elemental Monkeys.
