Combine BSR and Defensive type ratings into I tool

I believe that a tool combining the BSR calculator at http://users.smogon.com/X-Act/BaseStatsRatings.html and the equations concerning types and abilities made by X-Act at http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3677020, would be very useful for the pokemon community as a whole.

A small group of patient people with some experience with programming and a moderate amount of mathematical ability would be needed to update such calculations for the 5th Generation and incorporate how type, ability and base stats affect the overall effectiveness of pokemon in their ability to battle. It would also be useful if such a tool allowed you to select which tier you wished to use the pokemon in so that the equations could be modified to fit the metagame you are likely to face accordingly.

I would be willing to help with mathematics as I have a lot of free time on my hands during the summer Holidays. However, I don't know a thing about programming, so for this project to be successful, I would need at least 1 other person willing to help who knows how to make such a tool.
 
I support the idea of updating both calculators for Gen V-if anything this will help CAP 2 out immensely. They need not be in the same tool.
 
unless you can magically summmon x-act back, odds are this isn't going to go anywhere. there have been dozens of other projects that people mention wanting, but unless you can do everything yourself like x-act could, good luck
 
I would be willing to give a shot at making such a tool at some time but I could only make it for Gen 4 OU at the moment because I've little Idea How X-Act came up with the type power Chart

If someone has one of these tables based on the Gen 5 metagame or knows how X-Act made this one Then please PM me as If I had access to/or could make one of these tables for Gen 5 then I'd be able to make a fully up to date tool
