The announcer voices over the loudspeakers: "Here they are folks, two prime Pokemon and their trainers, just itching to battle"
Jumbao and Gigalith step into the arena and the bell rings. The crowd goes wild. As Eartrise the Jumbao steps into the ring, the sun begins to shine quite brightly, scorching the trainers and the crowd. However, Rock N' Roll the Gigalith moves in next, bringing with him a cloud of sand that sweeps over the stadium, obstructing any sunshine that would seek to break through and whipping sand through everyone's hair.

Earthrise takes the opportunity to go for the first hit. It gathers up energy from the surrounding plants and from within itself to create a glowing sphere of life energy. With a shout, Earthrise throws the ball at Rock N' Roll the Gigalith. Rock N' Roll braces for impact as the orb of energy lands squarely in his side, dealing super effective damage against his stone body. Some of the energy can be seen dissipating off of Rock N' Roll's skin thanks to his sturdy hide. He decides to strike back. Gathering both his body weight and harnessing the power of the sand around him, Rock N' Roll charges and slams into Earthrise, hitting with all his weight! The damage is super effective! Both Pokemon take a step back and prepare for their next moves as the sand whips around them. Earthrise is unfazed by the sand thanks to having a thick coat to buffer from the storm.

The Jumbao makes the next move, performing the same super effective Energy Ball attack against Rock N' Roll, who responds in the same way as last round. Both Pokemon are noticeably getting tired from the repetitious use of the attacks. They both attack again, with the same moves.

The first round ends, and both fighters have taken a severe beating and expended significant energy in the process. Let's see what they will do next...

And now I'll show you why!

Shore Up > Grass Knot > Grass Knot
** IF Gigalith is to use Giga Impact in a combination THEN use Fake Out the first instance, Protect the second instance, and push back steps each instance.
** IF Gigalith successfully used a protective move THEN use Shore Up.
** IF Gigalith is under the effects of Endure AND Gigalith is not badly poisoned THEN use Toxic and push back steps.

Rock also gets a SpD buff in the sand but it's not taking big deal

Sandstorm has 2 Rounds left

The match continues. Earthrise decides to take a short break from pummeling Rock N' Roll to eat some of the sand flying around and heal itself! It takes a good amount of energy, but is very refreshing. Meanwhile, Rock N' Roll takes the opening to solidify his skull from rock to pure iron and smashes it into Earthrise just as it finishes eating sand. Earthrise flies back to the edge of the arena, launched by the attack. Rock N' Roll charges for another attack, but Earthrise notices an opening, squats to the ground, and puts both its hands on the floor of the arena. The rumbling of Rock N' Roll's charge can be heard as he rushes forward toward the motionless Jumbao. The Gigalith is a few meters away from making full contact with Earthrise when a small vine shoots up from the floor of the arena and curls itself around Rock N' Roll's back leg. *SNAP* Rock N' Roll collapses under it's own weight. The Gigalith is still fueled by adrenaline and feels none of the pain, insisting on continuing his attack. To make up for the loss of speed, he jumps high in the air and careens toward Earthrise with speed fueled by pure gravity. This time, there is no vine to stop him. Contact is made, and the Jumbao is flattened under Rock N' Roll's weight.
As the move finishes and Rock N' Roll's momentum carries him off the Jumbao, Earthrise grows a small tendril off its body and sends it flying toward Rock N' Roll. It catches the Gigalith like last time, and trips him again! A loud thud can be heard throughout the stadium. Rock N' Roll does not get up this time to strike back. It appears as all the damage he took has finally caught up to him. And with that, the match was over.

"Wow, what a match, what a match! Please tune in next episode for another spectacular battle!"
"And now, a word from our sponsor:"

Tired of always being caught up by annoying weak Pokemon that aren't worth your time to catch, or fight for training?
Well, we have the answer for you. Repel is a revolutionary new product that allows Pokemon trainers all over the world
to remove the annoyance that is weak Pokemon on all routes, from 1 to 1000! Repel is sold wherever Pokemon items
can be found
