Just a minor nitpick, but I see little reason for the Nasty Plot set to run Justified over Steadfast or Inner Focus. The Attack boost does nothing for it, while the potential Speed boost from Steadfast or flinching immunity from Inner Focus could come in handy against something like Togekiss.
Honestly, none of its abilities really matter (except that Inner Focus beats Fake Out Kangaskhan), but if Nasty Plot Lucario switches in on a Dark move, Justified potentially tricks your opponent into thinking that you're running the physical variant. If he doesn't see Justified, your opponent would be more inclined to suspect the special variant.

oh, noticed this in passing, but the ev spread for mixed agility set is inefficient; a spread of 112 atk / 224 spa / 172 spe with a naughty nature yields the same intended attack and speed stat, with 2 more special attack n_n

It was originally Justified but Justified has no use before Mega Evolving since all the moves are Special. The reason I chose Steadfast was that you could play it so you get up a Speed boost first before Mega Evolving and be able to Nasty Plot after the Speed boost. Frankly, the ability doesn't matter since you would be Mega Evolving as soon as possible and the ability won't really matter.

You could use Inner Focus there as well and things wouldn't change at all.

What about this for a mixed set?

Lucario@ Lucarionite
Ability: Steadfast/Inner Focus/Justified > Adaptability
Nature: Hasty + Speed - Defense
EV: 252 Attack/6 Sp. ATK/252 Speed
- Close Combat
- Bullet Punch
- Dark Pulse/Shadow Ball
- Substitute/Detect/Stone Edge/Rock Slide/Earthquake

I think this set would be quite nice to use, would still focus on the psychical side of things whilst still being able to hit of a powerful special move against some Pokémon. Not sure what to put in as the third move, for the fourth slot though Substitute is always handy... Detect/Rock Slide are in case you want to put it on a doubles team. Stone Edge/Earthquake fill it nicely as well.

Found something else to nitpick. This is a quote from the Mega Agility set:
"The rest of the EVs are dumped into Special Attack with a Rash nature to give Dark Pulse or Flash Canon more power for hitting Aegislash, Mega Gengar, and several Fairies. A Naughty nature is used here, as with it Mega Lucario can withstand a Choice Band Aqua Jet from Azumarill."

The moveset summary also lists naughty as the nature, so there's some inconsistency here. Which nature is meant to be used?

edit: Ah, that was addressed later in the thread. They should still be in the OP, though. :P
