Considering my Options... OU RMT

Intro;
Well I've decided I like the main core of this group, but there's some areas that I have particular trouble with. To that end, I'm posting here because I know I'll get the help I need. Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated.

Changes

-Changed SD Infernape to Mixed Infernape
-Removed Sub+Encore Alakazam for Supporting Gardevoir
-Removed Torterra for Aerodactyl
-Removed Aerodactyl for Swampert

Earthquake
Stealth Rock / Roar

Hydro Pump

Again, I didn't like Aero because it was basically useless after setting rocks. This does a more reliable job at actually surviving, and gives me some more bulkiness. Can set Stealth Rock or phaze, deciding on which is more important to me currently. Hydro Pump > Surf simply for the oomph factor, I don't see any reason to shirk the issue with power. Provides reliable Electric resist, and any such electric's without HP Grass will be hard pressed to do much in return. (Looking at you Jolteon)

Calm Mind
Dragon Pulse
Surf

Switches into Infernape leads that threaten Torterra and sets a sub on the switch out. Calm Mind raises it's SpA to sweeping levels while increasing it's already massive SpD. Surf is for Heatran and Tyranitar. +6 Dragon Pulse OHKO's anything that doesn't resist it, and lots of things that do. Dragon + Water is only resisted by Empoleon in OU.

This sweeps maybe 1/3 of teams I encounter. Usually comes in mid-late game, hopefully after Scizor has been dealt with. Unfortunatly, switching this in for resistances means it's not always the case, and being my only form of special tanking is a problem. Thinking of replacing Alakazam with something more bulky. Replaced Alakazam with Gardevoir.

I originally ran SD Infernape in this slot, but found I very rarely managed to get an SD in unless Alakazam was able to Encore, which shouldn't be the only time I can. To this end, I've changed it to a more mixed sweeper role, and allows me to get the jump on a Lucario after it's SD'd.

Trace

Will-o-Wisp
Wish
Psychic
Thunderbolt

This comes in over Alakazam, and plays a completely different role. For starters, it's far more bulky and has more staying power than Zam. It also provides invaluable Wish support, and WoW support also. Is also important due to Trace, which lets me switch into SpecsJolt Thunderbolts and Heatran Fire Blasts without harm, and especially Vaporeon, who is a bitch to this team. Also switches into Gyarados, Traces Intimidate and KO's with T-Bolt. Because of Gyarados and Vappy, I chose T-Bolt over the other options.

Intimidate

Rest
Sleep Talk
Dragon Dance
Waterfall

Is walled hard by Vaporeon and basically any other Water Absorber. This takes hits like a champ, surprising alot of opponents thinking their Stone Edge will KO, instead it only does 70% odd before I KO them. Can absorb status and doesn't care for Hypnosis obviously. Is an important Ground and Fighting resist for the team.

I originally thought of having Swampert here, as it seemed to help with a few more threats than Gyarados. However, Gyara has the ability to sweep late-game and has helped me numerous times when it looked like I was going to lose.

Bullet Punch
U-turn

Pursuit

Generic Scizor. Scizor helps Latias out by eliminating Tyranitar and Weavile etc, who otherwise threaten it's set-up. U-turn is vital for this team, keeping me one step ahead at most times. Pretty standard otherwise, after Infernape and Latias have cleared the way, STAB Tech'd Bullet Punch cleans up at the end.

Threat List coming soon. But basically, I'm still not sure on a few options, such as Aero as a lead. Now that I'm not running SD Ape, SR damage isn't as crucial as it was previously, so if there's something that leads better and can be useful later in the match, I'm all ears.

Hello!

Very nice team but you are right with replacing torterra. You may wish to replace him with a Aerodactyl. Pretty much faster than anything, nearly garuntees SR. here is the set:

Aerodatyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EV: 4hp 252spe 252atk
Nature: Jolly
Taunt
Stealth Rock
Earth Quake
Rock Slide

Also for your Alakazam you may want a tentacruel. These are Specialy Defencive and act as a spinner, which you currently lack. here is the Set:

Tentacruel @ Leftovers
Ability: Liquid Ooze
EV: 252hp 120def 136Sdef
Nature: Calm
Rabid Spin
Toxic Spikes
Surf
Sludge Bomb/ Ice Beam/ Knock Off

I actually just changed to Aero xD. As for Tenta, I want something that can take Jolt and provide more team support, hence I chose Gardevoir. It WoW's problematic physical sweepers and provides Wish support, as well as Tracing Jolt, Vappy and Heatran abilities rendering their STAB's useless.

I'm aware that I have a slight SR weak (Infernape, Aero and Gyarados) but Aero has the fastest Taunt apart from Electrode, and Aero itself won't be staying the whole match more often than not to be the problem. For Gyarados it's a slight issue, but with it's bulk and RestTalk I haven't had too much of a hassle. Infernape doesn't like it, but I'd rather cover more potent threats than Stealth Rock for 1 poke, when I have another poke that can stop rocks being set. (Aero)

Apart from Infernape, nothing in your team seems to dislike Stealth Rock much (even Gyarados is a Resttalk variant so it should be able to withstand passive damage). If you really want to guarantee SR, I suggest a Swampert lead

Swampert - Leftovers
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
240Hp/216Def/52Spa
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
- Surf/Hydro Pump

One of the most reliable leads I ever tried. It almost always guarantees rocks down, and it beats a lot of other leads 1 on 1 like Metagross, Heatran, non-GK Jirachi (and Azelf to a lesser extent), Aerodactyl etc. The only lead it generally loses to is Starmie. Even if you get taunted, Swampert can also come later and set SR later on. Moreover, it help you check some big threats like Tyranitar.

6-6 is better than 5 and SR-6, trust me. Aerodactyl will just set up rocks and die most times.
