Cosmog is the only legendary Pokémon in LC. Sounds cool? It does, until you look at its stats. It's highest stat is HP, at a low base 43. It's movepool consits out of 2 moves. Teleport and splash, the worst moves in the game. It has a nice ability in unaware, but if you want to use a unaware user in LC, use wooper, or even bidoof for god's sake.

Do i have to say anything? The *Only* thing Cosmog can do, is splashing about. It very much appriciates Toxic spikes support, otherwise it's just going to PP stall. Yea, not much to say.
