Cresselia cements itself as a great defensive Pokemon in the 1v1 metagame with its amazing natural bulk, allowing it to deal with both physical and special attackers comfortably. Calm Mind increases the power of Stored Power, helping Cresselia to break through specially defensive Pokemon like non-Encore Primarina and Snorlax. Reflect alongside the given HP and Defense EVs allows Cresselia to survive a +6 Rhyperior's Rock Wrecker as well as generally helping Cresselia in matchups against physical attackers. Substitute allows Cresselia to mitigate critical hits that otherwise would worry it immensely, as well as blocking status moves like Sylveon's Yawn and Chansey's Toxic. Due to Cresselia's typing and general status as a stall Pokemon, Dark- and Ghost-types like Urshifu-S and Spectrier as well as Choice item Pokemon with Trick such as Victini and Porygon-Z prove to be threatening against it. As a result, Fairy- and Dark-types like Primarina and Urshifu-S are good partners for Cresselia.

- Reflect / Substitute okay so after some brainstorming, the purpose is to 1) block crits, 2) beat Sylveon, 3) makes SD custap Garchomp somewhat doable (they win vs reflect) 3) Toxic users (very rare but Chansey could be put here). it basically is for crit blocking + other small purposes but its probably worth slashing

implemented, though not sure how to include the fact that sub beats that chomp set without going over char limit (currently at 943, i presume this doesnt include the set)
 
Alakazam we plan on releasing this on 12/21, so please give it the last revision asap if it's still needed or let's move this to GP.
