Cresselia! unstoppable Uber or not?

Now I know alot of ppl say that Cresselia isnt an Uber and personally I dont see why. In the recent couple of weeks I noticed nameless people with Cresselia on theyre team. Now I personally feel if your gonna use Cresselia in a battle, standard rules go out the window. Cresselias stats alone make it enough to be an Uber but people dont recognize her as one..I dont understand. Great amount of HP Defense and Special Defense. With the proper moveset this pokemon is almost unbeatable...Notice I said ALMOST unbeatable because every pokemon is beatable of course but some are harder than others. I got so angry at the wave of Cresselias that I fought within the last week that I was going to make one myself and show ppl how really cheap she can be and why she should be banned period! (I get really pissed when i lose to a player that uses Cresselia seriously)
What are some of your opinions on Cresselia and why she should or should not be banned!?

Umm... heracross, weavile, ttar (for moonlighters as well?) What is cressy going to do to a gyarados with taunt... Can wall a lot of sweepers but cant really do anything back lol.
 
Cress is horrible compared to the walls of Ubers. Lugia and Giratina make it cry with their superior stats, movepool, and in Lugia's case way better recovery move (I don't think Giratina has an instant recovery move). They also have good offenses compared to Cress. Cress is a bitch to take out but definitely not uber.
 
Any combination of Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Taunt, and a few attacks means that Cresselia is set-up time for your opponent.
 
cressilia is so not that good, it lacks a proper recovery move, and it lacks the stats to damage anything, cressilia IS set up fodder, and like hibachi said, ttar > cress
especially taunt dd ttar, with ss, moonlight recovers 33% and ttar gets the spDef boost, so cressy is hard to take down, but isnt uber
