UU Crobat QC 3/3 GP 2/2

[OVERVIEW]

Crobat's great Speed stat allows it to be an effective revenge killer capable of picking off threats such as Celebi, Infernape, and Gengar, and its ability Infiltrator allows Crobat to bypass Substitute revenge kill Gengar even through its Substitute. Crobat is also a decent stallbreaker, as it can annoy and whittle down slower Pokemon such as Alomomola, Mega Aggron, and Blissey with the combination of Taunt and Super Fang. Furthermore, an immunity to Toxic prevents these Pokemon from being able to break past Crobat. Crobat's Speed and typing also allow it to be a great check to Dragon Dance Mega Altaria and consistently pivot into Ground-types like Gligar and Hippowdon. However, while Crobat has a stellar Speed stat, it is easily revenge killed by the faster threats in the tier such as Zeraora, Mega Aerodactyl, and Mega Manectric. Mega Aerodactyl in particular is able to shrug off Super Fang damage with Roost and proceed to Pursuit trap Crobat. Crobat also has a mediocre Attack stat, which prevents it from being able to revenge kill threats like Latias and Terrakion, especially if Crobat has expended its Z-Move. Crobat's weakness to Stealth Rock greatly hinders its ability to pivot into Pokemon like Cobalion and Mega Altaria effectively, thus increasing the need for Crobat to use Roost to stay healthy, which can be a huge momentum drain.

Moves
========

Brave Bird is a powerful STAB move that allows Crobat to break through offensive teams. This move can also be turned into a powerful Supersonic Skystrike, which allows Crobat to have a better chance of revenge killing Pokemon such as Nidoking, Togekiss, and Lucario. Super Fang lets Crobat break down bulkier foes that resist Brave Bird like Mega Aggron, Mega Manectric, Empoleon, and Rhyperior. Taunt can allow Crobat to apply more pressure against Pokemon like Gligar, Blissey, and Hippowdon; when used in conjunction with Super Fang, preventing them from using their recovery moves as well as setting or removing entry hazards. Roost provides Crobat with a way to recover its health in order to consistently pivot into threats it needs to like Mega Altaria and also reduces the impact of its weakness to Stealth Rock.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack and Speed investment allows Crobat to hit as hard as possible while being able to outspeed most of the unboosted metagame such as Latias, Celebi, and Infernape, making it a good revenge killer. Flyinium Z is the preferred option on Crobat, as it guarantees the ability to OHKO threats like Starmie, Lucario, and Latias while also granting Crobat the necessary power to break through Mega Altaria effectively. However, if your team's Z-Move is better used on another partner, Sharp Beak is a good substitute that allows Crobat to always OHKO Gengar and 2HKO offensive Mega Altaria with Brave Bird. Infiltrator is Crobat's best ability and allows it to bypass Substitute to revenge kill Gengar and Chandelure, as well as potentially pick off a weakened Kyurem and Suicune. A bulkier EV spread consisting of 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spe can be used so that Crobat can pivot into Pokemon like Mega Altaria and Krookodile better. The investment in bulk also allows it to take hits from Cobalion and Scizor a bit better; however, this comes at the cost of Crobat having to give up the power to revenge kill Pokemon like Latias, Feraligatr, and Hydreigon with Supersonic Skystrike as easily.

Usage Tips
========

Thanks to Infiltrator, Crobat can fulfill the role of a revenge killer very well by being able to bypass Substitute from Pokemon like Chandelure, Terrakion, and Gengar. Supersonic Skystrike should be used in these instances to guarantee the OHKO. Against bulkier teams, Crobat should prioritize using its Z-Move against Pokemon like Hippowdon and Swampert that can shrug off Brave Bird damage fairly easily. Crobat can provide a lot of utility against bulkier Pokemon such as Blissey, Pyukumuku, and Alomomola through Taunt and Super Fang, so preserving its health against defensive teams is important. Crobat is a great response to Dragon Dance Mega Altaria by virtue of its Speed allowing it to outpace it even after a boost, so it should look to pivot into Mega Altaria frequently to prevent its Tsareena and the aforementioned Mega Altaria in order to whittle down checks that lack recovery like Mega Manectric, Mega Aggron, and Mega Steelix. Crobat can also opt to prevent the latter two from potentially setting up Stealth Rock by using Taunt, but it could take a lot of damage in the process from Heavy Slam and Gyro Ball, so this shouldn't always be prioritized. It is also worth noting that both Mega Aggron and Mega Steelix carry Earthquake, which prevents Crobat being able to use Roost safely against them. By virtue of Crobat's typing, it can also find opportunities to use Super Fang by pivoting into Ground- and Fairy-types such as Gligar, Sylveon, and Florges that give Crobat the free turn needed to safely reduce an incoming target's health. Against more offensively inclined teams, it is best for Crobat to pivot into Pokemon it can check and force them out to find as many opportunities as possible to weaken Steel-types with Super Fang so that sweepers such as Mega Sharpedo and Scizor have an easier time breaking past them. Crobat should also use Supersonic Skystrike to heavily dent offensive threats like Feraligatr and Latias for other teammates to be able to revenge kill them easily. Crobat can also be worn down by Stealth Rock, so it is important for the entry hazard to be removed for Crobat to easily pivot into Pokemon like Mega Altaria and Tsareena.

Team Options
========

Crobat fits best on offensive teams that appreciate the utility it can provide as a good stallbreaker and Mega Altaria answer. Krookodile and Cobalion are good partners for Crobat, as they can provide Stealth Rock support, which helps Crobat OHKO Pokemon like Latias and Feraligatr with Supersonic Skystrike. Other entry hazard users like Klefki and Froslass can set up Spikes to drop Pokemon into KO range for Crobat, and in return, they appreciate Crobat being able to keep their entry hazards up with Taunt. Mega Sharpedo, Mega Altaria, Celebi, and Mimikyu appreciate Crobat being able to break down bulky Steel-types like Mega Aggron and Mega Steelix with Super Fang so that they have an easier time sweeping. Similarly, Crobat can wear down Ground-types such as Hippowdon, Quagsire, and Swampert for Mega Manectric and Rotom-H, which struggle to break past them. Entry hazard removers like Mega Altaria, Empoleon, and Starmie are great partners that alleviate Crobat's weakness to Stealth Rock. Mega Altaria can also check Mega Manectric and Zeraora, which outspeed and threaten to KO Crobat. Steel-types like Scizor and Doublade are great partners, as they can remove Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl, which Crobat struggles to break past. The latter is also able to consistently pivot into Terrakion, which Crobat can't revenge kill from full HP. Gengar and the aforementioned Scizor appreciate Crobat being able to break past common stall Pokemon such as Blissey and Quagsire, giving them more opportunities to break through bulkier teams. Wallbreakers like Latias, Lucario, and Mamoswine work well alongside Crobat, as they appreciate its ability to wear down many defensive Pokemon such as Mega Steelix, Quagsire, and Rotom-H. Latias in particular appreciates Crobat's support and, in return, can break past other defensive Pokemon like Slowbro and Alomomola, which Crobat has issues dealing with.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

U-turn allows Crobat to perform the role of an offensive pivot and generate momentum for its teammates, but this comes at the cost of Crobat being unable to pressure bulkier builds. A defensive set consisting of Brave Bird / Taunt / Defog / Roost allows Crobat to remove entry hazards and prevent them from going up against Pokemon like Hippowdon and Cobalion. However, Crobat's weakness to Stealth Rock really hinders its ability to perform these roles effectively.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Threats**: Mega Manectric, Mega Aerodactyl, Zeraora are all faster than Crobat and resist its Flying-type STAB moves, allowing them to pivot into and remove Crobat easily. Mega Aerodactyl also has access to recovery in Roost, making it significantly harder for Crobat to whittle it down. Choice Scarf users like Krookodile and Hydreigon are also able to outspeed Crobat and threaten to OHKO it after Stealth Rock damage.

**Steel-types**: Most of the tier's Steel-types such as Mega Aggron and Mega Steelix resist Brave Bird, which forces Crobat to use Super Fang multiple times to try break through them. However, while these targets detest being weakened severely by Super Fang, they are capable of heavily damaging Crobat in the process. Doublade is extremely troublesome, as it resists its Flying and is immune to Super Fang, preventing it from being easily chipped down.

**Physically Defensive Regenerator Users**: Crobat struggles with breaking past Pokemon like Slowbro and Alomomola, which don't take much damage from Supersonic Skystrike and can proceed to recover off any damage with Regenerator; however, these Pokemon dislike Taunt preventing them from using more reliable recovery moves or status-inducing moves. These particular defensive Pokemon also have the potential to burn Crobat with Scald, which hinders its damage output and longevity greatly.

Overview
- I think this needs to be reordered, since you get the basic idea down but I think that Crobat's fat breaking and luring abilities with Super Fang are the most notable niches it has and that isn't super emphasized right now. I'd order the pros you have listed like this:
- Point about high Speed, Taunt, and Super Fang allowing it to take on most fat builds.
- Point about Super Fang by extension allowing it to lure some of its checks
- Point about aforementioned Speed allowing it to revenge kill foes like Ape and Celebi quite nicely, which is further helped with Infiltrator against stuff like Gengar and Chandy.
You basically have this now but just in a different order, though I would still add in the Celebi and Ape examples.
- I'd add that its typing and Speed allow it to check Mega Altaria nicely while also pivoting in on some Ground-types, like Hippo and Gligar, pretty well. I'd remove Mega Altaria from your earlier line about bat's Speed tier in doing this since it's now a more specific example.
- Add here that Crobat's iffy damage output can complicate its ability to reliably revenge kill a few prominent sweepers, like Terrakion and Latias, especially if it's burned its Z-move.

Moves
- After Stealth Rock, Celebi and Gengar are already OHKOed by regular Brave Bird, so I'd find some other examples of Flyinium Z targets.
- Add Empoleon in as a Super Fang target.

Set Details
- I would replace the word excellent with 'good' when talking about Crobat's revenge killing capabilities.
- Mention that a bulkier spread could be used to allow Crobat to more easily check Mega Altaria and Krookodile while tanking hits from foes like Scizor and Cobalion more reliably, but be sure to emphasize its drawbacks, which are largely being unable to revenge kill stuff like Terrakion and Latias as reliably.

Usage Tips
- Elaborate more on the use of Supersonic Skystrike in offensive matchups, since now all you specifically say it's useful for is revenge killing foes through sub when there are plenty of other mons it can target with its Z-Move.
- "Through Taunt and Brave Bird" - I think you mean Super Fang here?
- Crobat isn't a super reliable Cobalion check at all, so I'd find another example of something it switches into, like Tsareena.
- This section feels sorely lacking in examples of defensive Pokemon Crobat can switch into. Both Ground- and Fairy-types give it relatively free turns, so find a way to mention this where you can.
- I'd like a little more expansion on how it can match up well against Mega Altaria in this section since being a strong check to it is an important part of Crobat's niche on some teams.

Team Options
- I'd mention a more relevant example than Haxorus when bringing up Pokemon Crobat can more easily KO with entry hazard support. Feraligatr works well here since with rocks down it has a chance to be KOed from full.
- Absolutely bring up Mega Altaria and Celebi as Pokemon that appreciate Crobat's ability to whittle down Steel-types.
- I'd also bring up examples of Pokemon that appreciate Crobat's ability to both switch into and wear down Ground-types like Hippowdon.
- Examples of Pokemon that lack strong stall matchups and appreciate Crobat's ability to patch up this weakness would also be good here. Scizor and Mimikyu are solid examples.
- Crobat doesn't really struggle breaking Nihilego most of the time, considering it'll be 2HKOed by Super Fang into SSSS. I'd find a different example.
- I'd find a more relevant example than Bewear, like Lucario or Terrakion.

Checks and Counters
- Bring up Choice Scarf users in the Faster Threats section, since they can usually deal heavy damage if not outright KO Crobat. Infernape, Latias, and Hydreigon are all solid examples here.
- Steel-type section needs to be more fleshed out. Bring up more examples, like Mega Aggron and Mega Steelix, and state that despite Super Fang they can still damage Crobat pretty heavily with Heavy Slam and Gyro Ball, respectively.
- State in the physically defensive Pokemon section that they still don't appreciate being hit with Taunt. Also state that your listed examples can threaten to burn Crobat with Scald, hurting both Crobat's longevity and damage output.

This was solid but some parts needed to be a little more emphasized or well fleshed out than they were. I'd also polish the grammar/punctuation in this analysis a little more, since some of your sections lack commas and lead to confusing sentences, or contain terms that aren't correct under our GP standards (e.g. Supersonic Skystrike should always be used over just SSSS). Please try doing that before this is ready for 2/3. Good job, give yourself 1/3 when you're done implementing everything.

[OVERVIEW]

  • Crobat has a great Speed stat, which allows it to be an effective revenge killer while also being a decent stallbreaker due to Crobat being able to annoy slower Pokemon such as Alomomola, Hippowdon, and Blissey with Taunt or Super Fang. - more of a grammar thing but it's the combination of both of those that annoys these pokemon so saying "the combination of Taunt and Super Fang" makes it a lot clearer.
  • you can also mention its typing and toxic immunity for another good thing it has for fatter teams
  • Crobat having access to Super Fang allows it to wear down its checks such as Rhyperior and Mega Aggron that it otherwise can't break past with Brave Bird.
  • Crobat can revenge kill threats such as Celebi, Infernape, and Gengar by virtue of its Speed tier and ability in Infiltrator to bypass Substitute, a means that would normally prevent Crobat from revenge killing the latter.
  • Crobat's Speed in conjunction with its typing also allow Crobat to be a great check to Dragon Dance Mega Altaria and can consistently pivot into Ground-types like Gligar and Hippowdon very easily.
  • While Crobat has a stellar speed stat it is easily revenge killed by the faster threats in the tier such as Zeraora, Mega Aerodactyl, and Mega Manectric. Mega Aerodactyl in particular being able to shrug off any Super Fang chip with Roost and Pursuit trap Crobat.
  • Crobat has a mediocre Attack stat, which can prevent it from being able to revenge kill threats like Latias and Terrakion especially if it has already burnt its Z move.
  • Crobat's weakness to Stealth Rock greatly hinders its ability to pivot into Pokemon like Cobalion and Mega Altaria effectively, forcing the need to keep Crobat healthy via Roost or hazard removal support, which can be a huge momentum drain.

  • Super Fang is an important tool that allows Crobat to punish and break down bulkier foes that resist Brave Bird such as Mega Aggron, Mega Manectric, Empoleon, and Rhyperior by taking away half of their current health.
  • When used in conjunction with Super Fang, Taunt can allow Crobat to apply more pressure against Pokemon like Gligar, Blissey, and Hippowdon; preventing them from using their recovery as well as the setting or removal of entry hazards.

However, if the Z move is better on another partner then Sky Plate is a good substitute that allows Crobat to always KO Gengar and 2HKO offensive Mega Altaria with Brave Bird.
  • Infiltrator is Crobat's best ability that allows it to bypass Substitute to revenge kill Gengar and Chandelure, as well as potentially pick off a weakened Kyurem and Suicune.

  • Crobat can provide a lot of utility against bulkier Pokemon such as Blissey, Pyukumuku, and Hippowdon through Taunt and Super Fang. So preserving its health against these teams is important.
  • Crobat is one of the best Mega Altaria responses in the tier (not really sure about that when scizor/aggron/steelix are so good rn. just say it's a good response to it) by virtue of its speed allowing it to outpace Dragon Dance Altaria at +1, so Crobat should look to pivot into it frequently to prevent Mega Altaria from setting up freely and sweeping.
  • You should look to use Super Fang on a predicted switch after pivoting into Pokemon it can check such as Tsareena and the aforementioned Mega Altaria in order to whittle down Crobat's checks like Mega Manectric, Mega Aggron, and Mega Steelix, which is vital due to them lacking a form of recovery. Crobat can opt to prevent Stealth Rock potentially going up from the latter two by staying in and using Taunt, but it could potentially take a lot of damage in the process from Heavy Slam and Gyro Ball respectively, so this shouldn't be prioritized every time. Thanks to Infiltrator, (AC) Crobat can fulfill the role of a revenge killer very well by being able to bypass Substitute from Pokemon like Chandelure, Terrakion, and Gengar. Supersonic Skystrike should be used in these instances to guarantee the (OH?)KO on these threats. Against bulkier teams, Crobat should prioritize using its Z-Move move against Pokemon like Hippowdon and Swampert that can shrug off Brave Bird damage fairly easily. Crobat can provide a lot of utility against fatter bulkier (I'd allow this word choice in a Flying Press article) Pokemon such as Blissey, Pyukumuku, and Alomomola through Taunt and Super Fang, so Fang. So preserving its health against these type of defensive (You talked about the Pokemon, not the team archetypes, so the idea is to make the reader know exactly what kinds of teams you're talking about) teams is important. Crobat is a great response to Mega Altaria by virtue of its speed Speed allowing it to outpace Dragon Dance Mega Altaria at +1, (remove extra space)so Crobat should look to pivot into it frequently to prevent Mega Altaria from setting up freely and sweeping. Against more offensively inclined teams, (AC) it is best for Crobat to pivot into Pokemon it can check and force them out to find as many opportunities as possible to weaken Steel-types with Super Fang so that sweepers such as Mega Sharpedo and Scizor have an easier time breaking past them. Crobat should also use Supersonic Skystrike to heavily dent offensive threats like Feraligatr and Latias for other teammates to be able to revenge kill them easily. Crobat can easily also (repetition) be worn down by Stealth Rock, (AC) so it is important for entry hazards Stealth Rock (It doesn't fear Spikes or Toxic Spikes) to be removed for Crobat to achieve this, otherwise it will struggle to (you don't specify what "this" is until later in the sentence) pivot into Pokemon like Mega Altaria and Tsareena easily.

Team Options
========

Crobat fits best on offensive teams that can appreciate the utility it can provide with being a good stallbreaker and Mega Altaria answer. Krookodile and Cobalion are good partners for Crobat, (AC) as they can provide Stealth Rock support, which helps Crobat (OH?)KO Pokemon like Latias and Feraligatr with Supersonic Skystrike. Other entry hazard users like Klefki and Froslass are good partners as they (repetition; wordiness) can set up Spikes to drop Pokemon into KO range for Crobat, (AC) and in return, they appreciate Crobat being able to keep their entry hazards up with Taunt. Mega Sharpedo, Mega Altaria, Celebi, and Mimikyu appreciate Crobat being able to break down bulky Steel-types like Mega Aggron and Mega Steelix with Super Fang so that they have an easier time sweeping. Crobat can wear down Ground-types such as Hippowdon, Quagsire, and Swampert for Mega Manectric and Rotom-H, which they struggle to break past them. Hazard Entry hazard removers like Mega Altaria, Empoleon, and Starmie are great partners that alleviate Crobat's weakness to Stealth Rock upon entry. Mega Altaria can also check Mega Manectric and Zeraora, (AC) which outspeed and threaten to KO Crobat. Steel-types like Scizor and Doublade are great partners, (AC) as they can remove Pokemon like Mega Aerodactyl, which Crobat struggles to break past. The latter is also being able to consistently pivot into Terrakion, which whom Crobat can't revenge kill from full HP. Gengar and the aforementioned Scizor appreciate Crobat being able to break past common stall Pokemon such as Blissey and Quagsire, giving them more opportunities to be able to break through bulkier teams. Wallbreakers like Latias, Lucario, and Mamoswine work well alongside Crobat, (AC) as they appreciate it being able to wear down many defensive Pokemon such as Mega Steelix, Quagsire, and Rotom-H. Latias, (RC) in particular, (RC) appreciates these Pokemon being worn down and, (AC) in return, (AC) can break past other defensive Pokemon like Slowbro and Alomomola, which Crobat has issues dealing with.

Other Options
=============

U-turn allows Crobat to perform the role of an offensive pivot and generate momentum for its teammates, but this comes at the cost of Crobat being unable to pressure fatter bulkier builds. A defensive set consisting of Brave Bird / Taunt / Defog / Roost allows Crobat to remove entry hazards and prevent hazards them going up against Pokemon like Hippowdon and Cobalion. However, Crobat's weakness to Stealth Rock really hinders its ability to perform these roles effectively.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster threats Threats**: Mega Manectric, Mega Aerodactyl, Zeraora are all faster than Crobat and resist its Flying-type STAB moves, allowing them to pivot into and remove Crobat easily. Mega Aerodactyl also has access to recovery in Roost, (AC) making it significantly harder for Crobat to whittle it down. Choice Scarf users like Krookodile and Hydreigon are also able to outspeed Crobat and threaten to (OH?)KO it after Stealth Rock damage.

**Steel-types**: Most of the tier'(apostrophe)s Steel-types such as Mega Aggron and Mega Steelix resist Brave Bird, which forces Crobat to use Super Fang multiple times to try break through them. However, while these targets detest being weakened severely by Super Fang, (AC) they are capable of heavily damaging Crobat in the process. Doublade is extremely troublesome, (AC) as it resists its STAB Flying and is immune to Super Fang, preventing it from being easily chipped down.

**Physically Defensive Pokemon Regenerator Users (You really only talk about two Pokemon here)**: Crobat struggles with breaking past Pokemon like Slowbro and Alomomola, (AC) which don't take much damage from Supersonic Skystrike and can proceed to recover any damage with Regenerator; however, these Pokemon can be greatly annoyed by dislike (wordiness; passive voice) Taunt preventing them from using more reliable recovery moves or status-(AH)inducing moves like Thunder Wave from the former (either do this or add "and Toxic for the latter", as it feels odd to specify one but not the other). These particular defensive Pokemon also have the potential to Scald burn Crobat with Scald, which hinders its damage output and longevity greatly.

[OVERVIEW]

Crobat's has a great Speed stat, which allows it to be an effective revenge killer capable of picking off threats such as Celebi, Infernape, and Gengar, and its ability Infiltrator allows Crobat to bypass Substitute revenge kill Gengar even through its Substitute. Crobat is also a decent stallbreaker, as it can annoy and whittle down slower Pokemon such as Alomomola, Mega Aggron, and Blissey with the combination of Taunt and Super Fang. Furthermore, Crobat is also granted with an immunity to Toxic, which prevents these Pokemon from being able to break past Crobat. Crobat's weakness to Stealth Rock greatly hinders its ability to pivot into Pokemon like Cobalion and Mega Altaria effectively, thus forcing increasing (awk word choice and i feel there'll be nuance lost if i just cut it, this covers it afaik though?)the need for Crobat to use Roost to stay healthy, which can be a huge momentum drain.

Moves
========

Brave Bird is a powerful STAB move that allows Crobat to break through offensive teams. This move can also be turned into a powerful Supersonic Skystrike, which allows Crobat to have a better chance of revenge killing Pokemon such as Nidoking, Togekiss, and Lucario. Super Fang is an important tool that lets Crobat break down bulkier foes that resist Brave Bird like Mega Aggron, Mega Manectric, Empoleon, and Rhyperior by taking away half of their current health. Taunt can allow Crobat to apply more pressure against Pokemon like Gligar, Blissey, and Hippowdon (RSC) when used in conjunction with Super Fang, this prevents preventing (only way this sentence makes sense) them from using their recovery moves as well as setting or removing entry hazards. Roost provides Crobat with a way to recover its health in order to consistently pivot into threats it needs to like Mega Altaria and also reducing reduces the impact of its weakness to Stealth Rock.

Set Details
========

However, if your team's Z-Move is better used on another partner, then Sharp Beak is a good substitute that allows Crobat to always OHKO Gengar and 2HKO offensive Mega Altaria with Brave Bird.

Usage Tips
========

Thanks to Infiltrator, Crobat can fulfill the role of a revenge killer very well by being able to bypass Substitute from Pokemon like Chandelure, Terrakion, and Gengar. Supersonic Skystrike should be used in these instances to guarantee the OHKO on these threats. (double) Against bulkier teams, Crobat should prioritize using its Z-Move against Pokemon like Hippowdon and Swampert that can shrug off Brave Bird damage fairly easily. Crobat can provide a lot of utility against bulkier Pokemon such as Blissey, Pyukumuku, and Alomomola through Taunt and Super Fang, so preserving its health against defensive teams is important. Crobat is a great response to Dragon Dance Mega Altaria by virtue of its Speed allowing it to outpace Dragon Dance Mega Altaria at +1 it even after a boost, so Crobat it should look to pivot into it Mega Altaria frequently to prevent Mega Altaria it from setting up freely and sweeping. Crobat should look to use Super Fang on a predicted switch after pivoting into Pokemon it can check such as Tsareena and the aforementioned Mega Altaria in order to whittle down Crobat's checks that lack recovery like Mega Manectric, Mega Aggron, and Mega Steelix, which is vital due to them lacking a form of recovery. (doesn't make it "vital") Crobat can also opt to prevent the latter two from potentially setting up Stealth Rock from potentially going up from the latter two by using Taunt, but Crobat it could take a lot of damage in the process from Heavy Slam and Gyro Ball respectively, so this shouldn't always be prioritized. It is also worth noting that both Aggron and Steelix carry Earthquake, which prevents Crobat being able to use Roost safely against them. Crobat can also be worn down by Stealth Rock, so it is important for Stealth Rock the entry hazard to be removed for Crobat to easily pivot into Pokemon like Mega Altaria and Tsareena easily.
