[SET COMMENTS]
Cryogonal is a fast, niche Defogger in the metagame that has great special bulk and can offensively pressure Qwilifsh. Cryogonal also performs well as a specially defensive wall, checking prevalent special attackers such as Froslass, Rotom formes, and Frosmoth. It has access to reliable recovery in Recover and great utility with the combination of Toxic and Knock Off.

Nonetheless, Cryogonal's low Defense stat and poor defensive typing make it vulnerable to a majority of physical attackers. Altaria can help Cryogonal check both Fire- and Fighting-type moves. Tangela can also check physical attackers such as Sawk, Cinccino, and Gurdurr, which force out Cryogonal. In return, Cryogonal counters special attackers such as Choice Specs Basculin and Frosmoth. On balance builds, Centiskorch is a great partner for Cryogonal, handling Ferroseed; in return, Cryogonal is able to pressure its checks such as Altaria and bulky Water-types like Scald Wishiwashi. Water-types like Qwilfish, Poliwrath, and Jellicent help check Fire-types such as Rapidash and Centiskorch, which annoy Cryogonal. Bulky(capitalize) Fighting-types such as Gurdurr and Throh also pairs well with Cryogonal, checking Ferroseed and threatening Steel-types.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Rapid Spin can be used over Defog on entry hazard stacking teams to avoid removing Cryogonal's own entry hazards. Haze is also useful against special setup sweepers such as Frosmoth and Rotom-F. A dual screens set with Reflect, Light Screen, and Explosion has a niche on hyper offense teams.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Physical Attackers:** Physical attackers such as Kangaskhan, Rhydon, and Garbodor threaten Cryogonal due to its low physical bulk.

**Fighting-types:** Fighting-types such as Gurdurr and Sawk can threaten to OHKO Cryogonal. Specifically, Choice Scarf Sawk outspeeds Cryogonal and OHKOes it, while Gurdurr easily tanks Freeze-Dry and threatens Cryogonal with Drain Punch.

**Fire-types:** Fire-types such as Centiskorch and Rapidash resist Freeze-Dry and force Cryogonal out.

**Steel-types:** Ferroseed and Perrserker tank Freeze-Dry and can retaliate with their STAB attacks. Offensive Steel-types like Alolan Dugtrio and Klinklang force it out. However, they do not appreciate taking a Knock Off.

**Item Removal:** Knock Off users such as Uxie, Clefairy, Alolan Persian, and Audino and Trick users like Rotom can threaten to cripple Cryogonal by removing its Heavy-Duty Boots, which makes it vulnerable to Stealth Rock and lowers its ability to switch in.

[SET COMMENTS]
Cryogonal is one of the fastest entry hazard remover in the metagame and it has great special defense bulk. Defog erases entry hazards in both fields. (fluff) It has access to reliable recovery and it presents great utility with the combination of Toxic and Knock Off. Finally, it has a notable special offensive presence running STAB Freeze Dry as its main attacking move which can hit super effectively Water-type Pokémon. Levitate allows Cryogonal to avoid Ground-type moves. Heavy-Duty Boots, implemented in this generation, helped Cryogonal to be a better entry hazard remover and to avoid great damage when entry hazards are on the field. (fluff)

Cryogonal performs well as a special defensive wall checking prevalent special attackers such as Vanilluxe, Froslass, Rotom-formes, and Frosmoth. Nonetheless, Cryogonal's low Defense stat and poor defensive typing make it vulnerable to the majority of physical attackers. (descriptions of a pokemons role generally belong in paragraph 1 and not down here.)

Thus, Cryogonal pairs well with physical walls such as Tangela, Poliwrath, Jellicent, and Gurdurr. In addition to this, Altaria can help Cryogonal checking both fire and fighting type moves and defogging entry hazards against physical setters.

This section feels empty and needs to be revamped. Mention some Pokemon that appreciate Cryogonal's support as well as Pokemon that cover Cryogonal's weaknesses. An example being Centiskorch helps Cryogonal handle Ferroseed while Cryogonal threatens its checks such as bulky-waters and Altaria w/ Freeze Dry in return. Qwilfish checks physical attackers such as centi, sawk, etc etc

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Rapid Spin may be preferred over Defog in hazard stacking teams to avoid erasing its own entry hazards. Haze is also useful against special sweepers such as Frosmoth and Rotom-Frost. In order to help against them, some more special defense evs may be invested. (There arent any specific examples I can think of where this would help much and you fail to outspeed basculin without pretty much max speed.)

Checks and Counters
===================

**Physical attackers**: Most of the physical attackers of the tier can threaten Cryogonal due to the low physical defense bulk. However, with enough speed and decent special attack, Cryogonal can overcome them in the case they are running low in HP. List some examples such as Lycanroc, Kangaskan, Cinccino, etc. Alot of them outspeed you so eliminate the point about outspeeding.

**Special Fighting-, Fire- and, Steel-type moves coverage**: Cryogonal can check some Pokémon although coverage may be a bit problematic. Clawitzer can run Aura Sphere which can be a OHKO roll. (its like a 1/8 chance so somewhat misleading to mention.) Magneton can also be annoying with Flash Cannon. (Reword according and move to Steel-types) Finally, Nasty Plot Skuntank set can overcome Haze Skuntank variants running Taunt or Fire Blast. (Skuntank fails to 2HKO w/ Fire Blast and its slower with Taunt. If Skuntank is chipped at all it gets 3hkod by freeze-dry b4 it can 3hko with Fire Blast.) Ferroseed is worth mentioning as it can threaten Cryogonal with Gyro Ball and it can set up entry hazards impeding Cryogonal to get rid of them. (move to Steel-types)

these should all be separate points and you dont really need to specific "special" either, especially since you mentioned Ferroseed's Gyro Ball here.

**Fighting-types:** mention gurdurr + sawk here

**Fire-types:** Centiskorch and Rapidash

**Steel-types:** Ferroseed + Magneton. The points you made are good, just rework them to fit here instead. Also note how they both dislike coming in on Knock

**Losing Heavy-Duty Boots**: **Item Removal**: Cryogonal is an incredibly good entry hazard remover. However, if Heavy-Duty Boots are removed, then Cryogonal cannot switch with ease when Stealth Rock are up. (List some Knock Off users like Uxie and Clefairy) Rework this to note how Trick users like Rotom can cripple it as well)

It has access to reliable recovery and it presents great utility with the combination of Toxic and Knock Off. Finally, it has a notable special offensive presence running STAB Freeze Dry as its main attacking move which can hit super effectively Water-type Pokémon. (Combine this sentence into the first sentence to highlight how it can offensively pressure hazard setters like Qwilfish and Palossand which makes it effective in its role as as a entry hazard remover) Levitate allows Cryogonal to avoid Ground-type moves. (Mention Piloswine when talking about Levitate) Cryogonal also performs well as a special defensive wall, checking prevalent special attackers such as Vanilluxe, Froslass, Rotom-formes, and Frosmoth. (Make this the third sentence)

Nonetheless, Cryogonal's low Defense stat and poor defensive typing make it vulnerable to the majority of physical attackers. (It makes more sense to mention phys def walls like Altaria here after making the point about it struggling with phys attackers. Also mention stuff like Palossand and Tangela here that can handle Lycanroc, Sawk, Cinccino, etc. Elaborate on how Cryogonal can check special attackers like Vanilluxe for these three in return). Thus, Cryogonal pairs well with Centiskorch as the latter handles Ferroseed while Cryogonal threatens its checks such as bulky Water-type Pokémon (list examples) and Altaria. Qwilfish, Poliwrath, and Jellicent help checking Fire-type Pokémon such as Rapidash and Centiskorch which annoy Cryogonal. In addition to this, Altaria can help Cryogonal checking both Fire- and Fighting-types such as Centiskorch and Sawk. (move up)moves and defogging entry hazards against physical setters. (considering Altaria loses to our best physical rocker in Piloswine, this point doesnt really work) Centiskorch and Cryogonal help each other covering their weaknesses. Bulky Fighting-type Pokémon such as Gurdurr also pairs well with Cryogonal checking and threatening both Lycanroc, Magneton, and Ferroseed. gurdurr doesnt really check magneton per se so reword this

Checks and Counters
===================

**Physical attackers:** Most of the physical attackers of the tier such as Lycanroc, Kangaskhan, Cinccino, and Silvally-Ghost Centiskorch can threaten Cryogonal due to the low physical defense bulk. (You mention centiskorch with the Fire-types)

**Fighting-types:** Fighting-type Pokémon such as Gurdurr and Sawk can threaten Cyrogonal to OHKO. (Elaborate on how Choice Scarf Sawk outspeeds while Gurdurr can easily tank Freeze Dry)

**Fire-types:** Fire-type Pokémon such as Centiskorch and Rapidash can resist STAB Freeze Dry and force threaten Cryogonal out to OHKO.

**Steel-types:** Magneton and Ferroseed can threaten Cryogonal with Flash Cannon and Gyro Ball, respectively. Both Pokémon can resist STAB Freeze Dry from Cryogonal and Ferroseed can set up entry hazards impeding Cryogonal to get rid of them. Nonetheless, Magneton and Ferroseed are scared of losing Eviolite due to Knock Off.

**Item Removal:** Cryogonal is an incredibly good entry hazard remover. However, (fluff) If Heavy-Duty Boots are removed, then Cryogonal cannot switch with ease when Stealth Rock are up. Some examples are Knock Off users i.e. such as Uxie, Clefairy, Alolan-Persian, and Audino and Trick users i.e. Rotom threaten to cripple Cryogonal.formes and Wishiwashi. (Wishiwashi doesnt have Trick. Other rotom-formes dont really run Trick most of the time so just say Rotom.)

Cryogonal is one of the fastest entry hazard remover is a fast, niche Defogger (wanted to include "niche" in the opening to show that it's not the most viable) in the metagame having a great special defense bulk and offensively pressuring Qwilfish. Levitate allows Cryogonal to avoid Ground-type moves from some entry hazard Pokémon like Piloswine. (Fluff, only one ability so there's no need to justify it nor explain it) Cryogonal also performs well as a special defensive wall checking prevalent special attackers such as Froslass, Rotom formes (no hyphen), and Frosmoth. It has access to reliable recovery and it presents great utility with the combination of Toxic and Knock Off.

Nonetheless, Cryogonal's low Defense stat and poor defensive typing make it vulnerable to the majority of physical attackers. Altaria can help Cryogonal checking both Fire- and Fighting-type moves. Palossand and Tangela can also check physical attackers such as Sawk, Cinccino, and Gurdurr which scare Cryogonal. In return, Cryogonal counters special attackers such as Froslass, Rotom-formes, Choice Specs Basculin and Frosmoth (Diversity in examples). In more balanced builds, Cryogonal pairs well with Centiskorch as the latter handles Ferroseed while Cryogonal threatens its checks such as Altaria and bulky Water-type Pokémon like no Liquidation Qwilfish and Scald Wishiwashi (Liquidation Qwil cannot 2HKO Cryogonal anyways, so clarifying for just Scald Wishiwashi suffices). Beyond that, Qwilfish, Poliwrath, and Jellicent help checking Fire-type Pokémon such as Rapidash and Centiskorch which annoy Cryogonal. In addition to this, bulky Fighting-type Pokémon such as Gurdurr and Throh also pairs well with Cryogonal checking Ferroseed and threatening in return Magneton Steel-types. (more inclusive)

Rapid Spin may be preferred over Defog in hazard stacking teams to avoid erasing its own entry hazards. Haze is also useful against special sweepers such as Frosmoth and Rotom-Frost. (Mention a dual screens set)

Checks and Counters
===================

**Physical attackers:** Most of the physical attackers of the tier such as Kangaskhan, Cinccino, and Silvally-Ghost can threaten Cryogonal due to the low physical defense bulk. (Add entry hazard setters like Rhydon and Garbodor that are troublesome for Cry, especially as its a Defogger)

**Fighting-types:** Fighting-type Pokémon such as Gurdurr and Sawk can threaten Cyrogonal to OHKO Cryogonal. Meanwhile Specifically, Choice Scarf Sawk can outspeed Cryogonal and OHKO, and Gurdurr can easily tank Freeze-Dry and threaten Cryogonal with Drain Punch.

**Fire-types:** Fire-type Pokémon such as Centiskorch and Rapidash resist Freeze Dry and force Cryogonal out.

**Steel-types:** Magneton and Ferroseed can threaten Cryogonal with Flash Cannon and Gyro Ball, respectively. Both resist Freeze Dry from Cryogonal and Ferroseed can set up entry hazards impeding Cryogonal to get rid of them. Nonetheless, Magneton and Ferroseed are scared of losing Eviolite their item due to Knock Off.

**Item Removal:** If Heavy-Duty Boots are removed, then Cryogonal cannot switch with ease when Stealth Rock are up. Knock Off users such as Uxie, Clefairy, Alolan Persian (no hyphen), and Audino and Trick users like Rotom threaten to cripple Cryogonal.

Not a GPer, but I feel that Articuno's typing and better overall bulk could be added as Cryogonal's role is challenged further as a defogger.
Maybe throh isn't as good of an example, as its not very common and gurdurr could perform its role but bulkier and more immediately threatening (priority/eviolite)
