dreeko starts off this round with a burst of scalding water, which strikes a critical spot; lucy retaliates by jabbing her with poisonous claws once more. lucy then detects something will happen and protects herself, preventing dreeko's yawn from doing anything. dreeko then fires another scald, and this one is hot enough to burn lucy, reducing the power of her fury swipes attack, which connects thrice.

dreeko starts off by yawning again, which is pretty dangerous since doesn't a kingdra's yawn create maelstroms or something? this might not be good... lucy catches the ever-so-contagious yawn, and tries to burst metal at dreeko but it doesn't work due to lack of kinetic energy or something. dreeko then fires a pulse of draconic power at lucy, but she just recovers off the damage before falling into an intense sleep. dreeko the salty sea dog spurts some brine at lucy and her body is in a such a bad shape that she takes the attack with more power, but it also means she's asleep for a shorter amount of time.

it's started to rain... hopefully there won't be a maelstrom. D:

dreeko quickly tries to dive away from the wrath of captain falcon, but his dynamicpunch never misses, so he too launches himself into the sea to execute the punch, leaving dreeko intensely confused as to how this happened, and she even hurts herself instead of completing the dive attack. she's ok to launch a hydro pump though, and captain falcon lets it strike him on his chest before getting his revenge and knocking out dreeko.

battle of the fighting types here, but puncha decides to protect himself; he must've detected something. probably a good idea too, as captain falcon lets loose another mighty dynamicpunch, and even he can't break the protection, although it takes a lot of effort for puncha to maintain. captain falcon then goes for another dynamicpunch and this one strikes true, sending puncha spinning and making him severely confused. puncha isn't too confused to taunt captain falcon though. captain falcon finishes off with a brutal cross chop, but puncha is able to respond with a hammer arm of his own.
