[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Specs Decidueye is one of the most devastating wallbreakers in NU. Only Skuntank and Sap Sipper Miltank resist or are immune to Decidueye's STAB combination, and the former cannot reliably switch into multiple Leaf Storms. Additionally, Leaf Storm and Shadow Ball have excellent synergy; the former nails Dark-types like Silvally-Dark and Alolan Persian, while the latter hits Steel- and Poison-types like Silvally-Steel, Ferroseed, and Garbodor, as well as Rotom-S. Hurricane complements these two moves well, providing coverage for Sap Sipper Miltank and chunking Eldegoss for more damage than Shadow Ball. Although U-turn is preferred so Decidueye can take advantage of the switches it forces, Roost enables it to take advantage of its defensive utility more frequently. Giga Drain is also an option that offers recovery while being less exploitable than Roost.

Decidueye's pool of defensive answers is fairly shallow, although foes such as Sap Sipper Miltank and specially defensive Clefairy are difficult for Decidueye to get past. Fighting-types such as Toxicroak, Sawk, and Gurdurr are great partners, threatening such foes in addition to faster Dark-types like Liepard and Silvally-Dark that can revenge kill Decidueye. In return, Decidueye is great at forcing damage onto Poison-types like Garbodor and Silvally-Poison, which helps them clean late-game. Dark-types such as Silvally-Dark and Skuntank can handle faster Ghost-types like Rotom and Gourgeist-S, which also commonly threaten to revenge kill Decidueye. Since Decidueye's physical bulk is poor, pivot support from Pokemon like Basculin, Togedemaru, and Rotom-S is appreciated. In return, Decidueye deals with Water- and Ground-types like Wishiwashi, Lanturn, and Galarian Stunfisk.

move 3: U-turn
move 4: Leaf Storm
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Overgrow
nature: Hasty
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Choice Scarf Decidueye avoids the Pokemon's usual issue of middling Speed. Instead of being threatened out by faster foes like Silvally-Dark, non-Choice Scarf Rotom, and Toxicroak, Decidueye now outspeeds them and can hit them hard or pivot out with U-turn. Additionally, this set lets Decidueye serve as a passable revenge killer to wallbreakers and sweepers such as Basculin and Rapidash that would normally not be overly threatened by Decidueye. Leaf Storm complements the rest of the set well by forcing great damage onto Alolan Persian. Long Reach is an alternative ability option to avoid Rocky Helmet chip when pivoting with U-turn, although the extra damage Overgrow can provide is more appreciated.

Since Decidueye draws in Poison-types like Weezing, Garbodor, and Silvally-Poison, Ground-types such as Sandaconda and Galarian Stunfisk are good partners that can also supply Stealth Rock support. Similarly, wallbreakers like Choice Specs Basculin and Rotom work well alongside Decidueye because they appreciate being brought in via Decidueye's U-turn versus such threats. Decidueye's physical bulk is lacking, so pivot support from Pokemon like Silvally-Steel and Silvally-Dark is appreciated.

name: Nasty Plot
move 1: Nasty Plot
move 2: Leaf Storm
move 3: Shadow Ball
move 4: Roost
item: Colbur Berry / Heavy-Duty Boots
ability: Overgrow
nature: Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
Nasty Plot Decidueye gives up immediate breaking power for greater damage potential. Decidueye can take advantage of switches into Pokemon such as Clefairy, Garbodor, and Skuntank by setting up with Nasty Plot, which lets it bypass such Pokemon more easily and threaten the opposition to a much greater degree. Additionally, Decidueye's defensive utility through its typing and access to Roost allows it to take advantage of defensive Water-types like Wishiwashi and Lanturn, switching into such foes and setting up, firing off a strong attack, or recovering. Colbur Berry is preferred so Decidueye isn't revenge killed as easily by foes like Silvally-Dark and Liepard, although Heavy-Duty Boots increases Decidueye's longevity and prevents it from being crippled by Toxic Spikes.

Decidueye has a great matchup against typical members of bulky teams, in particular Quagsire, which makes Swords Dance Silvally formes great partners. Despite Decidueye being able to muscle past most special walls with the help of Nasty Plot, it's unable to break Sap Sipper Miltank. Therefore, Fighting-types like Toxicroak and Sawk are good partners that can also pressure Dark-types such as Alolan Persian and Silvally-Dark. Faster Ghost-types like Rotom, Silvally-Ghost, and Gourgeist-S also pose a problem, so pair Decidueye with Dark-types like Skuntank and Silvally-Dark. Ground-types like Sandaconda, Piloswine, and Galarian Stunfisk benefit from Decidueye taking advantage of opposing Water-types and can supply it with Stealth Rock to augment its wallbreaking capabilities. Similarly, pivots like Togedemaru, Silvally-Steel, and Ninjask appreciate Decidueye removing checks like Galarian Stunfisk, Wishiwashi, and Lanturn and can safely bring it in mid-game to wallbreak.

Choice Specs Decidueye is one of the most devastating wallbreakers in NU. Its STAB move combination is resisted deterred by only Skuntank and Sap Sipper Miltank, which and Skuntank cannot reliably switch into multiple Leaf Storms (half true because of immunities but Miltank shouldn't be forgotten here nonetheless). Although U-turn is preferred so Decidueye can take advantage of the switches it forces, Roost enables it to take advantage of its defensive utility more frequently. (I'd consider mentioning Giga Drain here for a mix of recovery and reliability compared to locking into Leaf Storm)

Decidueye's pool of defensive answers is fairly shallow, although foes such as Sap Sipper Miltank and specially defensive Clefairy are difficult for Decidueye to get past. Toxicroak is a great partner, threatening such foes in addition to faster Dark-types like Liepard and Silvally-Dark that can revenge kill Decidueye. (Mention how its mediocre Speed and lackluster physical bulk causes it to rely on pivots like Togedemaru, Rotom-S, and Basculin to get in safely to nail walls they bait in)

Faster Ghost-types like Rotom, Silvally-Ghost, and Gourgeist-S also pose a problem, since they prevent Decidueye from safely setting up and wallbreaking, (fluff, implied when you called them faster and a problem) so pair it with Dark-types like Skuntank and Silvally-Dark. Ground-types like Sandaconda, Piloswine, and Galarian Stunfisk benefit from Decidueye taking advantage of opposing Water-types and can supply it with Stealth Rock to augment its wallbreaking capabilities.
(Mention physical cleaners like Togedemaru, Silvally-Steel, and Ninjask cleanup after it deals with their Water- and Ground-type checks late-game, while also functioning as pivots mid-game for Decideuye to secure a setup opportunity)

Looking good!!! QC 1/2

Toxicroak is a great partner, threatening such foes in addition to faster Dark-types like Liepard and Silvally-Dark that can revenge kill Decidueye.
I would personally mention Fighting types in general here; Sawk and even Gurdurr pair very well with it, too. Toxicroak is the best Pokemon of the three right now, but the concept holds true to all common Fighters. It's also worth noting that you generalize Fighting types (or at least mention Sawk) when discussing the Nasty Plot set and I find the interactions similar, so might as well be consistent.

I also think that NP Decidueye deserves a sentence on how it is able to defeat Unaware Quagsire while being a set-up sweeper, which means that it is particularly good against bulkier teams and is another reason why it pairs with the SD Silvally forms you allude to (seeing as they tend to struggle to break Quagsire).

2/2, great job
