Ability Mummy: If you are touched by an opponent, their ability becomes mummy.

Desukan is a greatly unique pokemon, with solid defences, the exclusive ability mummy that can shut down tons of pokemon, and a fairly decent movepool Desukan can make a great physical wall. It has several movesets that can be used, from setting up screens and inflicting status, to stalling, to nasty plot sweeping.

A couple things here. You should include the link to a Pokedex page and the base stats are unnecessary.

Now comments on the actual sets. Shadow Ball should be slashed with Night Shade because it does more damage to most Pokemon.

I'll comment more once this is finished.
