Especially since Sword/Shield cut a lot of Pokemon out of the dex, there have been a lot of Pokemon that are "illegal" and otherwise untiered. This especially affects first and second stage Pokemon that got cut (like Aron and Grotle), so having flags for those stages of Pokemon would be helpful since they can't otherwise be searched for. This would also fix the problem of not fully-evolved Pokemon that are in actual tiers from showing up in something like /randpoke !nfe, !lc, !lcuber.
