Hi there! I have been working on a sandstorm team for a week now and I have come to this team who has worked well but still have some issues, so I come here to get my team rated and to take this team to it's fullest potential so here is:

Tyranitar @ Focus sash
Ability: Sandstream
Evs: 174 Atk / 84 Spe / 252 Sp. Atk

My lead focus sash tyranitar. I took this set after viewing some RMT and decided to give it a try and it have worked very well for me. Dark pulse is for those annoying azelfs that trick or stealth rock and obviously for STAB. Ice beam 2HKOs hippowdon and OHKOs things like salamence, flygon, gliscor. Flamethrower is for forretres, skarmory, scizor, mainly to hurt steels. Superpower puts a large dent in heatran and blissey and OHKOs other tyranitar leads.
The speed evs allow me to be faster than skarmory and choice band tyranitar among other slow stuff. Rash nature to maximize his special atack. The evs in atack to maximize superpower damage.

Bronzong @ Choice Band
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 252 HP / 84 Atk / 80 Def / 92 SpD
Sassy Nature (+SpD, -Spe)

Bronzong is my wall and my tricker, it also set up stealth rock. I was having trouble with dd outrages so that's why I choose him. Stealth rock to help take out those salamences and gyarados. Gyro ball for those speedy threats. Explosion is when something isn't going right and also one way to stop dd kingdra, calm mind suicune and swampert, generally bulky waters. Trick to counter another tricker aiming at my blissey or bronzong. Also to ruin walls and is another option to stop stat uppers, specially oriented of course.
That's my team and I think my only hope to dd kingdra because I always explode when he is locked on outrage. I'm thinking to change the evs spread for another more defensive, but I need some opinions.
Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Evs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 SpD
Impish Nature (+Def, -SpA)

Gyarados is my answer to scizor and fighting moves. Waterfall for STAB and to stop heatran, infernape etc. Stone edge help to take out salamence, gyarados and other flyers. Rest and sleep talk because I needed something to absorb status and my answer to breelom too. I used to have a standard dd gyara but it died very fast, then I tried bulky gyara but also died fast, then I opt for the sleeptalker set and it worked better, also with rest + intimidate this gyara is one of the last to take down in my team and handles scizor and other powerful physical attackers fine.
It is my only chance to do something against a swords dance scizor and breelom, so that's why I miss a little the speed and atk of the other sets.
Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Evs: 252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

-Toxic
Blissey is my special wall and my wisher. Wish to support the team and also helps gyara and bronzong to last long. Softboiled to recover damage faster than wish, but I also stall with wish and softboiled + toxic + stealth rock+ sandstorm. Flamethrower to those incoming scizors and heracross, but also helps me to handle steels when tyranitar has fainted. Toxic is one of my options to take bulky waters and flyers too. Works better when bronzong has tricked for example a calm mind suicune then I just switch to blissey and stall with toxic and softboiled.
Blissey helps me to handle bulky waters that cause me some problems with this team. Thinking to maybe change it to a calm mind blissey because I only have tyranitar as a special attacker and I think I need another but I don't know.
Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
Evs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-X-Scissor
-Superpower
Scizor with the standard swords dance set and my late game sweeper. Swords dance to increase his high attack. Bullet punch for STAB + Technician + Life orb to hurt a lot also helps me to revenge kill things. X-Scissor for STAB and to handle cresselia and celebi. Superpower for those threats that resist bullet punch or x-scissor and also can hurt a heatran that switch in.
Usually scizor comes in when I have the field clear to sweep, but also when something has been tricked it has the chance to do a swords dance and start to sweep.
Flygon @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 80 HP / 252 Atk / 172 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-U-Turn
-Stone Edge
Flygon is my revenge killer. I was looking for something fast so I choose this
and because the inmunity to sandstorm and resistance to stealth rock. Outrage for STAB and my answer to kill dragons and other weak sturff. Earthquake to kill some threads like heatran, infernape, steels etc. U-turn if flygon comes early in the battle to scout enemys team. Stone edge to hurt zapdos aiming at my gyarados.
The speed evs let me outrun scarf heatran and other things because of the scarf. The evs in HP just to make him a little bulky.
Flygon covers well with gyarados and also can stop earthquakes aiming to tyranitar. It can revenge kill some important threats that otherwise will hurt my team a lot.
So that's all of my team, I hope get some important suggestions to make this team better. I tried to do the best to explain my team. So please smogon pimp my SS team!
Threat List:
Aerodactyl: The most common is the lead so with tyranitar I can use ice beam when it uses stealth rock or taunt, then I can switch to bronzong, flygon or scizor to kill it.
Alakazam: I haven't see one but I think bronzong with gyro ball, tyranitar with dark pulse or flygon and scizor can revenge kill.
Azelf: Always lead so tyranitar OHKOs it with dark pulse when it uses stealth rock, then dies due to sandstorm if it has a focus sash. Bronzong can trick or gyro ball. Blissey can toxic stall.
Blissey: Tyranitar can hurt with superpower. Flygon can outrage to death if it doesn't carry ice beam. Bronzong can trick it. Gyarados can absorb thunder wave or toxic and then atack. Scizor with superpower.
Breelom: Gyarados can absorb sleep and then atack, however the leech seed version is annoying. Flygon can outrage. Scizor can revenge kill with bullet punch. Bronzong can handle it with gyro ball or explosion.
Bronzong: Usually comes early in the battle so Tyranitar can flamethrower. Bronzong can trick it. Also scizor, gyarados and blissey can handle it.
Celebi: I think only scizor can handle it but celebi is faster. My only chance is to do some damage with flamethrower and then revenge kill with flygon. Blissey can toxic stall 1-1.
Cresselia: Scizor with x-scissor. Tyranitar with dark pulse. Blissey can stall it with toxic.
Donphan: Tyranitar can 2HKOs with icebeam. Bronzong can explode. Gyarados can waterfall to death. Blissey can stall it with toxic.
Dragonite: Bronzong stops it then gyro ball or explode. Tyranitar OHKOs with ice beam. Flygon can use outrage and kill it. Gyarados intimidate and then stone edge.
Dugtrio: Bronzong can handle it. Gyarados can waterfall. Scizor and Flygon can revenge kill.
Dusknoir: Tyranitar with dark pulse. Gyarados can come in and absorb wow and then attack with waterfall. Blissey can toxic stall but pain split hurts a lot. Bronzong can trick it or maybe flygon can revenge kill with outrage.
Electivire: Flygon absorb an electric attack and then OHKOs with earthquake.
Forretress: Tyranitar OHKOs with flamethrower. Bronzong can trick and then handle it with other thing. Blissey also can hurt with flamethrower too.
Gallade: I don't have battled it yet, but maybe bronzong can explode or gyro ball to death. Scizor and Flygon can revenge kill. Gyarados can intimidate and then attack with stabbed waterfalls.
Gengar: Tyranitar if it still has the sash. Blissey can do some damage with flamethrower and if it's a life orb gengar it dies very fast to stealth rock and sandstorm. Bronzong with gyro ball or trick maybe. Scizor can bullet punch and Flygon can outrage.
Gliscor: Tyranitar OHKOs with ice beam. Bronzong can use explosion. Gyarados with waterfall.
Gyarados: DD version and bulky my gyarados can handle it with stone edge. Bronzong can use explosion. Flygon can revenge kill with outrage or stone edge. Stealth rock + sandstorm damage and toxic bliss.
Heatran: Gyarados with waterfall. Blissey stops it. Flygon OHKOs with earthquake.
Heracross: Blissey can use flamethrower on the switch. Gyarados can intimidate and then atack with waterfall. Bronzong can use explosion. Flygon or Scizor can revenge kill.
Hippowdon: Tyranitar 2HKOs it with ice beam. Blissey can toxic stall. Bronzong can trick it or explode. Gyarados maybe can do something with waterfall.
Infernape: Tyranitar can hurt it with superpower if it's a lead and then die to sandstorm damage. Gyarados stops it with waterfall. Flygon can outspeed it and the use earthquake. But the ones with endeavor cause me some problems sometimes.
Jirachi: Some versions can be handle with flamethrower. Bronzong can trick if it's a calm mind set. Flygon I think can 2HKOs with earthquake.
Jolteon: Flygon OHKOs with earthquake. Blissey can toxic stall or hurt with flamethrower.
Kingdra: I don't have a secure way to stop it, I usually switch in bronzong and then explode. Sometimes if it's a life orber gyarados can intimidate and stone edge to death. Flygon can use outrage or earthquake but if it's a sub dd kingdra it becomes a problem. Maybe one of the threats that cause me more trouble.
Lucario: Gyarados is my main counter to it, and then I use waterfall. Flygon can outspeed it and then use earthquake.
Machamp: Gyarados stops it very nice even if it gets confused due to dynamicpuch. Flygon can revenge kill. Bronzong can use explosion.
Magnezone: Tyranitar's superpower can handle it. Flygon OHKOs with earthquake. Scizor if it's a not scarfed version with superpower too. Blissey with flamethrower.
Mamoswine: Bronzong stops it and then I can use gyro ball or explosion. Scizor's bullet punch. Blissey can take one hit and then use flamethrower. Gyarados intimidate it and then use waterfall.
Metagross: Tyranitar can handle it with flamethrower if it's a lead, if not gyarados can face it if metagross lack of thunderpunch. Flygon can take it with earthquake. Blissey can use flamethrower or scizor can use swords dance and then sweep with x-scissor.
Ninjask: Tyranitar with flamethrower can face it. Stealth rock + sandstorm damage. Bronzong can use gyroball. trick or explosion. Gyarados can take it with stone edge. Scizor and flygon can revenge kill.
Porygon-Z: Blissey stops it and then just stall with toxic or attack to death. Flygon can handle it with outrage or earthquake. Scizor's bullet punch. Bronzong can trick or explode.
Salamence: Bronzong with gyro ball when it's locked on outrage. Gyarados can intimidate and then attack with stone edge. Flygon with outrage if salamence lacks of a scarf. Tyranitar OHKOs with ice beam.
Scizor: Gyarados can take some hits and attack with waterfall. Sometimes tyranitar with flamethrower. Blissey on the switch in with flamethrower. This one cause some trouble on my team because gyarados is my only chance to stop it.
Skarmory: Tyranitar's flamethrower. Bronzong can trick. Blissey also can handle it with flamethrower
Snorlax: Tyranitar with superpower. Blissey can stall with toxic. Scizor with superpower. I might have some problems with the curselax set.
Starmie: Tyranitar can handle with dark pulse. Blissey stalls with toxic. Flygon can revenge kill. Bronzong can use trick or explosion.
Suicune: Bronzong can trick the calm mind set or explode and then blissey can stall it with toxic or scizor can use swords dance and attack.
Swampert: Bronzong can trick it or explode. Blissey can toxic stall. Gyarados can use waterfall to death.
Tentacruel: Flygon's earthquake handle it. Bronzong with trick or explosion.
Togekiss: Blissey can use toxic and then stall. Bronzong can trick or use explosion. Flygon and scizor can revenge kill. Gyarados maybe with stone edge.
Tyranitar: Superpower from my tyranitar because it outspeed other tyranitars. The choice scarf or dd version, gyarados can stop him and then just attack with waterfall. Flygon with earthquake. Scizor's bullet punch. Bronzong's gyro ball.
Vaporeon: Blissey with toxic. Bronzong can use trick or explosion. If I can trick it scizor can swords dance and attack.
Weavile: Bronzong's gyro ball. Gyarados with waterfall. Scizor's bullet punch.
Yanmega: Blissey can attack with flamethrower. If it's a lead, tyranitar can use flamethrower. Bronzong can use gyro ball, trick, explosion. The stealth rock and sandstorm damage handle it very well.
Zapdos: This aim a electric attack at my gyarados, so I switch to flygon and then attack with stone edge. Tyranitar cand handle it nice with ice beam. Blissey can toxic stall to death. Bronzong can trick the bulky ones or simply use explosion.
