update: reflecting on the bar i went to last night where all the drinks have named like 'brand new tiddy' (hot toddy) and 'thai me up'. any trend evaluators? is it just like how british ppl and 'pornstar' martini? or is this some new thing. ngl i would not have ordered a orange n star anise toddy w/ o a name like that altho it did taste v good.

does anyone know if someone ever figured out how to turn liquor into high proof icecream/sorbet??
ive had some popsicles from local makers that were pretty strong, but im unsure on the exact proof. I see a lot of like 15 proof stuff online but I wonder if anyone has encountered actual icecream or sorbet that is more than 20 proof. I feel like 30 proof would be perfect cause I want the strong stuff that will actually fuck your shit up for a wedding and/or bachelorette party but not anything so strong that ppl will get completely rekt in an instant if they aren't careful.
