Ruby4 Extension Granted until May 27th, 11:59 PM GMT-5

For the record for everybody else, after this week extensions might not be granted due to it delaying entire rounds in a Swiss format, but for week 1 it wouldn't cause any problems. (For the Double-Elim playoffs, extensions will be generally granted though)
