Pet Mod Dollhouse

Which time would be preferable for a roomtour on saturday?

On top of that, I don't know how the interaction works with moves like Draco Meteor (e.g. does it drop the Sp. Atk twice, once after each hit?
It works like Parental Bond in that the second hit also carries the same effect from the first hit, so Draco Meteor drops twice, which I definitely do not recommand using for Pult Plushie users.

It does sound S-tier the time it worked on any move due to a bug, not just Dragon moves, which is obviously borked for the reasons Parental Bond made Seismic Toss Mega-Khan unbearable. If I let the plushie make any move of a Dragon Pokémon hit twice, that would be vetoed on the spot for the same potential issues Parental Bond (that applies any move, not one type) can cause. And we saw why with Baxcalibur’s dominance in the tour thanks to the bugged plushie.

:samurott-hisui:
Pokémon: Samurott-Hisui
Reason for Ban: Makes entry hazard hyper offense too easy.
Plushie Effect: Knocking out a Pokémon with a Dark-type move will set a layer of Spikes on the opponent’s side.
Can Be Knocked Off?: Yes
Justification: Requires knocking out an opponent, and encourage Dark-typd coverage.

:rillaboom:
Pokémon: Rillaboom
Reason for Ban: No monke business dethroning Tapu Bulu
Plushie Effect: Summon Grassy Terrain for five turns upon switch-in. Consumed upon effect.
Can Be Knocked Off?: Yes
Justification: Allows other Grass-type Pokémon to shine, including those with access of Grassy Glide.

:kingambit:
Pokémon: Kingambit
Reason for Ban: Supreme Overlord + Sucker Punch, need I say more?
Plushie Effect: If the holder switched in after an ally fainted, their Attack and Special Attack are multiplied by 1.5x on their first turn out.
Can Be Knocked Off?: Yes
Justification: Retaliate, the item, intended as a strong revenge killer tool.

Now that the Indigo Disk DLC is out, I got something that is likely to get quick banned.

:entei: (Paradox)
Pokémon: Gouging Fire
Reason for Ban: 112 Attack isn’t too bad on it’s own… but Protosynthesis and Fire STAB together, alongside access to Dragon Dance and a burning variant of Baneful Bunker would make Gourging Fire overstay it’s welcome in OU.
Plushie Effect: If held by a Pokémon with Chlorophyll, +1 Attack on switch-in. Consumed once occured.
Can Be Knocked Off?: Yes
Justification: This item activates only once, but it can be a powerful tool for Leafeon, Victreebell, Shiftry, Leavanny, Hisuian Lilligant, Sawsbuck and Scovillain as lategame wallbreakers, or better, as Sun oriented sweeper.

:chi-yu:
Pokémon: Chi-Yu
Reason for Ban: absolutely cracked in sun
Plushie Effect: The opponent's Special Defense is 0.75x if the user is slower than them.
Can Be Knocked Off? (Yes or No): Yes
Plushie Effect Justification (Optional): provides slow special attackers a more reliable damage-boosting item that doesnt lock the user in like choice specs or deal residual damage like life orb
Notable Users::clefable::rotom-wash::heatran::reuniclus::volcanion::primarina::hatterene::gholdengo::sinistcha::archaludon: :hydrapple: :raging-bolt:

:sneasler:
Pokémon: Sneasler
Reason for Ban: crazy in grassy terrain and by itself with the chienpao plush
Plushie Effect: The user's Poison-type attacks have an additional 20% chance to poison.
Can Be Knocked Off? (Yes or No): Yes
Plushie Effect Justification (Optional): good utility tool for poison types and mons with poison type coverage like cinderace. also wrecks stall pretty well

:kyurem:
Pokémon: Kyurem
Reason for Ban: specs gaming.
Plushie Effect: If the user is a Fire- or Electric-type, gains the Ice-type in addition to its type on switch in (after hazards). All moves 130 BP and up become Ice-type.
Can Be Knocked Off? (Yes or No): Yes
Plushie Effect Justification (Optional): BoltBeam gaming?!?!?!? nah this sucks on most electrics apart from Regieleki with Explosion (Hyper Beam if you're brave). Fires also like coverage in Ice Overheat and Eruption if applicable..

:Darkrai:
Pokémon: Darkrai
Reason for Ban: Apparently OU thought it would be a good idea to unban this thing lmao.
Plushie Effect: The first time the user uses a sleep move, it is guaranteed to hit. This item is then consumed.
Can Be Knocked Off?: Yes
Justification: Incredible option for guaranteed sleeps, since valiant got murdered it should be handable since most sleep move users are either slow or can't setup.

:Deoxys-Speed:
Pokémon: Deoxys-Speed
Reason for Ban: They did it again.
Plushie Effect: If user is a psychic type, grants a +1 speed boost on switch in. User is able to use the move Psycho Boost.
Can Be Knocked Off?: Yes
Justification: Better scarf for psychic types.

:Deoxys-Defense:
Pokémon: Deoxys-Defense
Reason for Ban: For Fucks' sake.
Plushie Effect: If user is a psychic type, boosts the highest defense of the user by x1.5. User is able to use the move Psycho Boost.
Can Be Knocked Off?: Yes
Justification: Better scarf for psychic types.

:raikou: (Paradox)
Pokémon: Raging Bolt
Reason for Ban: Do you really want to deal with this with Flutter Mane Plushie for more than 2 seconds
Plushie Effect: This Pokemon's Electric-type moves deal 1.3x damage to grounded targets
Can Be Knocked Off? (Yes or No): Yes
Plushie Effect Justification (Optional): Slightly better Magnet with a slight drawback that references how Rising Voltage is Raging Bolt's signature move now. Ensures that you deal good damage to basically anything with your Electric moves, since most non-grounded mons are Flying

:zamazenta-crowned:
Pokémon: Zamazenta-Crowned
Reason for Ban: While it could be a pretty nice defensive presence to have, having to deal with this thing's IronPress shenanigans again sounds more toxic than anything.
Plushie Effect: On switch-in, this Pokemon gains +1 Defense. This boost is removed at the end of the next turn.
Plushie Effect Justification: Shoutouts to Megas Revisited Mega Aggron (for a second time, cuz this is a resub). Neat defensive item that makes switching into to physical menaces easier, but loses its effect after a turn, promoting pivoting.

After the events of the trial that resulted in the deaths of many mons, things began to slowly go back to normal for the Pokémon who escaped the death sentence thanks to Gholdengo's bribes, allowing them to return to their normal lives at Gholdengo university. Unfortunately for them, a particular being had come back from the dead to mess up the upcoming class about nuclear science...

Nothing looks particularly Veto-worthy for now, but this is still a good opportunity to comment on some subs that might be underpowered!:

:urshifu-rapid-strike:
Pokémon: Urshifu-Rapid-Strike
Reason for Ban: Bruined
Plushie Effect: This Pokemon's neutral priority Water-type moves of 50 bp or less hit 3 times but deal 0.5x damage each.
Can Be Knocked Off? (Yes or No): Yes
Plushie Effect Justification (Optional): Is this insane? I think so.
This Item looks extremely bad honestly. Strongest move that you can use this with is whirlpool which caps up at less than 60bp, other moves either bypass 60bp are are too low to consider. I suggest remaking this effect entirely, something like just making all neutral priority water type moves deal x0.4 damage but hit three times.

:Sneasler:
Pokémon: Sneasler
Reason for Ban: Unburden, but also Dire Claw antics.
Plushie Effect: This Pokemon's moves that have a chance to Poison or Badly Poison have an equal chance to Paralyze. This also includes chances from abilities, such as Poison Touch or Toxic Chain.
Can Be Knocked Off?: Yes
Plushie Effect Justification: Dire Claw but as a held item (minus the Sleep chance of course). Works well with other Poison Touch mons or the Loyal Three, but any poisoner can paralyze instead. By this wording, this would also in theory mean that if a Pokemon uses Toxic on a Poison or Steel type while holding this item (provided they do not have the Corrosion ability) the target would be paralyzed instead.
I see the idea here but I think the randomness of the effect might make it too inconsitent as an item. I would recommend something like "All attacks that can poison have a doubled chance of paralysing instead" to give it a niche.

And that should be it! You have 24 hours to add or fix stuff in your subs.

Great Scott! It appears like the Gliscor Plushie has gained sentience and is messing up with professor Chi-yu's Demon Core! Its up to us voters to decide which students / teachers will be hit by its dangerous gamma rays!

The following mons comprise the attendance list for the nuclear science class and shall be voted on:
:Chi-Yu: (PalpitoadChamp / PQRDG / Chemicalmines)
:Baxcalibur:
:Gholdengo: (PalpitoadChamp / PQRDG)
:Ninetales-Alola:
:Volcarona:
:Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: (PalpitoadChamp / LOrd Fernado)

:Kyurem:
:Gouging Fire:
:Darkrai:
:Deoxys-Speed:
:Deoxys-Defense:

VOTING GUIDELINES:
- Maximum vote amount is relative to the size of the slate. The maximum amount of mons you can vote for this slate is 9. That means you roughly get to vote on half of the slate for the slammer.
- Votes are not weighted, so order does not matter.
- When voting a mon subbed by two or more people you must specify whose's sub you are referring to. Doesn't matter which way you do so as long as it is clear which sub you are referring to (as an example you can just copy the mon from this post and bold the person whose's submission you are voting for).
- Votes on submissions of the same mon are counted together, so if a person votes the submission of one mon and another person vote anothers submission of the same mon their votes are counted together.
- Council will either tiebreak by themselves or ask a submitter to tiebreak for them. This applies to ties between submissions of the same mon.

You all have 48 hours to get your votes in!

:Urshifu-Rapid-Strike: (LOrd Fernado)
:Zamazenta-Crowned: (Yoshiblaze)
:Sneasler: (chemicalmines)
:Kingambit: (Samtendo)
:Chi-yu: (Chemicalmines)
