Don't automatically change legal IV's to illegal ones

Every time I change my Mew's moveset I have to go reset the IV's because it automatically changes to 0 Atk IV's then won't validate the team until I manually change it back.

While a touch unrelated, I've had this experience with Jolteon in Gen 2 OU. One of the analysis/usage sets (forgot which) has incorrect IVs for HP Water.
