Double battle or single battle team?

OK, So I have a few pokemon in mind that I wanna put into a 3-man single battle team or a 4-man double battle team.

Now I really wanna base the team to help Ursaring some.

Ninjask@Leftovers.
Jolly nature with 252Atk/176Hp/80Spd
Substitue
Baton pass
Sword dance
Aeriel Ace/X-scissor

Now it's the basic baton passing Ninjask, but it's there to pass over speed boost and SD^'s to my Ursaring. That's the main sweeper/Team leader, while this 1 is the lead-out. After Ninjask is done, I don't want him to faint just yet, so hopefulyl I can git him out before it does to share it's boost with some other team members.

Dragonite@Life orb/yache berry
Jolly nature with 252Spd/252Atk/4Hp
Dragon Dance
Fire punch
Earthquake
Outrage

Now Draco is another power house in my arsenal. She rarely needs to set up DD to sweep lots of Pokemon coming her way. So Im kinda re-thinking DD and wondering if it should be replaced..

Rotom-W@Choice scark/specs
Timid nature with 252SpA/252Spd/4Def
Thunderbolt
Shadow ball
Hydro pump
Trick

I chose 2 form because I feel the lack of water type coverage in my team, so it comes to play. Thunderbolt and Shadowball are the best STAB's. and trick is something I haven't really used, but it interests me enough to wanna try it against some annoying local battlers here who choose to base their performance off thier item.

Crobat@Black sludge.
Timid ature with 252Hp/216Spd/40SpA
Hypnosis
Sludge bomb
U-turn
Air slash

Crobat is probably here just because I want to find some kind of use for him, but I really don't see a need for 4 flying types. But hes a sleep inducer and that can be very helpful to put somewhat of a stop to my opponent.

Heracross@Life orb
Adamant nature with 252Atk/160Spd/96Hp
Megahorn
Close combat
Aeriel ace
Stone edge

My beloved Heracross. Basically here as another hard hitter. Has comfortable type coverage for the team and with a ninjask upgrade can pretty much sweep a whole team in my opinion. And Stone edge really takes out at least 98% of the Gyarados that come my way, even with thier intimidate ability.

Togekiss@Leftovers/serene grace
Timid nature with 252SpA/252SpD/4Def
Thunder wave
Air slash
Aura sphere
Roost

Now hes the last flying type, but with serene grace and all those flinching possibilities I lean more toward this Poke.

So in all, Ninjask is the full team support while Ursaring is the main Poke in my team. The others are just for more type coverage or help. So any suggestions on if I should create a double battle team or single battle team with any of these Pokemon(must have Ninjask and Ursaring) would be greatly appreciated and talked about.

for some reason, you mentioned ursaring in ninjask's analysis, but you never posted a moveset for him lol

Anyways, do not replace DD with something else... You have lots of good coverage with the moves you have already. Plus, if you expect a switch, but you are not sure to which pokemon, you should use DD, as you will most likely have the speed advantage, and with +1 attack and hopefully a super-effective move to work with, you can sweep. However, I see a major problem using Outrage on this set. When you Dragon dance, you will be so powerful that dragon claw should be a good replacement, allowing you to be able to switch of the opponent sends in an ice shard mamoswine to revenge kill. Second, you can easily be set-up-bait for a pokemon like Scizor, who can set up a Swords Dance while surviving a +1 Outrage, and then easily sweeping with bullet punch, and seeing that you have no great and/or reliable Scizor counters, makes it all the more easy for you to get 6-0'ed by this pokemon. Third, after you get around 2 or so DD's under your belt, Outrage will hurt you chances of sweeping if your rampage lasts for only 2 turns. With dragon claw, you should be still very powerful without having to switch out because of outrage, take more SR damage, set-up again... you get the picture.
Also, choose yache berry, because it may give you the opportunity to get another DD up, or get that 2HKO needed on Suicune without being killed in the process.

Wash Rotom looks good, and choose choice scarf as it allows to revenge kill choice scarf heatran if need be, and pokemon like blissey will dislike choice scarf more than choice specs, as that would help OHKO dragonite more easily even if yache berry activates (assuming SR damage)

All of your other pokemon look fine, however, I see that this team will without a doubt fall victim to stall teams with SR set up because 4 of your pokemon are weak to rock, which also means that T-Tar will have an easier time sweeping as well. To help stop this, I would suggest replacing crobat with a donphan, which can counter T-Tar's stone edge, as well as remove SR from play.

Donphan@Leftovers
Impish, 252 HP, 252 Def, 6 Attack
Sturdy
*Rapid Spin
*Earthquake
*Ice shard
*Roar

This set seems to fit your team pretty well. EQ to ward off T-Tar, as well as to kill if it decides to stay in, as a STAB'ed 100 Base Power super effective move (150 Power when coupled with STAB) will DEFINITELY sting. Roar is to help stop opponents from sweeping after a boost in their attack or whatever, which is similar to what you crobat did.

I know I am not a team rating expert, however, these suggestions may help
you in many battles, so try some out, see if they work, and, yeah...

Also, you did nothing wrong, sometimes people are just too lazy to sit and stare at their computer to help someone out with their team.
And this should be used for single battles, as your pokemon have little to no synergy together in double battles as I can see no move strategies, combinations etc...

Enjoy! :P

Well, Infernape could easily OHKO both of these pokemon... Latias is a great counter to Infernape, amd If you dislike using legendaries, another great option is Vaporeon. I would suggest using one of these pokemon. A

Latias @ leftovers
Timid, 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Atk, 6 HP
Levitate
~Calm Mind
~Dragon Pulse
~Surf
~Wish/Recover/Grass Knot

This stops Infernape cold. It takes a fair amount from Hidden Power ice, but can OHKO back easily with Surf. Usually, you can get a calm mind in, while HP ice will fail to KO most of the time, and since you are faster, you can sweep. Dragon pulse is there for STAB, and take your pick of the fourth move. I would suggest wish for the plain reason that ninjask is going to need some more P for passing Subs around, and is there for Ursaring to, if a misprediction turns in your opponents favor. Grass knot is pretty much to get rid of bulky waters, which your first 2 pokemon have trouble with, such as Swampert, Suicune, and Milotic.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Bold, 252 Def, 252 HP, 6 Sp. Def
Water Absorb
~Wish
~Protect
~Surf
~Hidden Power [Electric]/ Ice beam

Hidden Power [Electric] is the preffered option as this helps defeat opposing gayarados easily, as well has helping against other bulky waters too. Ice Beam may be used over this if HP [Electric] is not available to you (but if you want, I can pokesav you one, then trade it to you in exchange for a crappy pokemon like bidoof or zubat) and will hit the dragons which are omnipresent in most OU battles.

Well, these aren't the only viable options, but can be used to help your weaknessess.... so, yeah hope this helps and Good Luck :)

I still don't see where Ursaring fits in at all, like, it's nonexistent. I'd hate to see the "Team Leader" missing before the battle even starts...

Well the team leader won't be missing in action. He'll do his part. This 3-man team is built for 3-man battles. So in any case I want the team to to be well rounded and able to confront/get rid of thier threats. I'd gladly accept 1 of those Vaporeons if you have 1, and Latias isn't available right now. I need to beat an emerald.. SAo, you suggest Ursaring, Ninjask, and Vaporeon as my 3 man team?

Man, what are you asking? If you wanna know which Pokemon are a good match to support Ursaring, it would help to know what your Ursaring looks like. We haven't a clue what its EVs are or what moves it has.

Ursaring@Toxic orb.
Quick feet
Jolly nature with 252Atk/252Spd/6Hp.
Sword vdance
Earthquake/Cross chop
Facade
Fire punch/Thunder punch

Now Facade is basic/STAB. Id rather Earthquake for its raw power and decent OU coverage. Cross chop is questionable because I only see it taking out steel and rock, but EQ does that too. The 2 punches Im really just confused with. Fire punch for more type coverage and Thunderpunch is mostly for Gyarados and other flying types.

What are you doing? You gave away your super-secret Ursaring moveset to the whole of Smogon!!!!!
