Introduction
Look, I've never liked OU, I'm just going to start out with that, LC and UU has always been my strongsuit. But when 5th Gen came out, and they unbanned most of the "overpowered" Pokemon, I decided "screw it, I'll try OU". Another thing you should know about me is that I hate Ubers, not going to get into that. But, in 4th Gen there was a nifty strategy in Ubers that always intruigued me, Double Dragon, where one Pokemon punches holes in the opponent's team while the second just ripped the leftover Pokemon to shreds. I thought "Well, gee, that would be quite fantastic in OU, now wouldn't it? So here you go, Double Dragon, OU Style.
At A Glance

Well, I obviously started with Salamence and Dragonite
Next, I knew that Dragonite needed a boost in power, so I added Gorebyss (Yes... SmashPassing, let the hate flowith forth)
Next, I needed a good priority user, someone to revenge kill fast Pokemon once Dragonite / Salamence / Gorebyss are out, so I went with Metagross.
So even with Gorebyss passing amazing boosts to my dragons, I needed a good setup sweeper, and I also needed a special Sweeper, so Lucario was up next.
So I needed someone to setup Stealth Rocks and to use Memento to give Gorebyss free setup time, so I went with Uxie.
So I then submitted my team to the Team Rating Workshop and they told me to change my Uxie with an Espeon, so here goes.

A Closer Look

Espeon (F)
item: Light Clay
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Magic Bounce
move 1: Reflect
move 2: Light Screen
move 3: Baton Pass
move 4: Psychic
Espeon makes sure my Gorebyss isn't Taunt-Bait, and it makes sure that I can get rocks up and I can make sure Stealth Rocks are off my field. It also helps Salamence take a few hits before fainting. Dual Screens can soften up some hits and makes Dragonite even better at it's job. Baton Pass can give Espeon a chance to take the boosts from Gorebyss than pass to the Dragons. Psychic is her only attacking move and its so it can make use of the Shell Smash boosts.

Gorebyss (F)
Item: White Herb
Nature: Calm (+ SDef, -Atk)
EVs: 252 HP / 24 SDef / 232 Spe
Ability: Swift Swim
move 1: Shell Smash
move 2: Baton Pass
move 3: Scald
move 4: Substitute
Gorebyss is probably the most important Pokemon after than the twin Dragons on my team. SmashPass has never been my favorite thing, but I need it to give Dragonite some decent offense and make Salamence an absolute monster. Scald makes sure I'm not Taunt bait and screws over other Shell Smashers like Cloyster and Crustle. Substitute is used against strong sweepers so Salamence can come in and wreck their face. The EVs and Nature give Gorebyss good speed and bulk so it can outpseed most Pokemon while still being able to take hits.

Dragonite (M)
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Mild (+SAtk, -Def)
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SAtk / 8 Spe
ability: Multiscale
move 1: Draco Meteor
move 2: Flamethrower
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Roost
The first half of my sweepers, Dragonite is a huge part of my team, depending on who Gorebyss goes up against. Dragonite is the one who goes up against sweepers like Infernape and Lucario. Draco Meteor gives me STAB and gives a surprise effect on Lati@s. Flamethrower hits Steel-types like Ferrothorn and is pretty much used when I don't want to lose my +2 Special Attack. Earthquake hits Heatran hard and is my only Physical attack. Roost makes sure Stealth Rock isn't that much of a bother and gives me a chance against sweepers. The EVs give me bulk, the 252 SAtk gives my STAB attack some power, and the 8 Spe EVs make sure I'm 2 Speed points ahead of the 130 Speed group. Hardy may seem like a strange nature, but since Dragonite relies on power, bulk, and speed, I couldn't afford to lose any stats.

Salamence (M)
Item: Life Orb
nature: Rash (+SAtk, -SDef)
EVs: 116 Atk / 216 SAtk / 176 Spe
ability: Intimidate
move 1: Draco Meteor
move 2: Fire Blast
move 3: Brick Break
move 4: Outrage
Unlike Dragonite, Salamence is meant to go up against defensive Pokemon like Blissey and Skarmory. Draco Meteor breaks through walls like their made of jelly, with STAB it has a shocking 210 BP, coming off a 682 SAtk, it's going to hurt a lot of things. Fire Blast hits Ferrothorn and Forretress and is the special attack that it uses the most. Brick Break hits Heatran and is a safe attack that I use when I don't want to risk Fire Blast missing. Outrage is Salamence's main physical attack and does crazy damage to anything that doesn't resist it. The EVs and Nature give Salamence enough Speed to outspeed most Pokemon, and enough power to OHKO a whole lot of defensive Pokemon.

Metagross
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 48 HP / 252 Atk / 208 Spe
ability: Clear Body
move 1: Agility
move 2: Meteor Mash
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Ice Punch
Metagross is the first half of my late-game sweepers, and is probably the most important. Agility gives Metagross a speed boost so it outpseeds base 130s, which helps it alot in the long run. Meteor Mash is for STAB and is the attack that I use the most. Earthquake hits Excadrill and friends, and Ice Punch keeps Grass types in check. The EV and Nature give Metagross great power and decent speed before an Agility. Life Orb gives Metagross the power of and Adamant nature with a Jolly Nature.

Lucario (M)
Item: Air Balloon
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Ability: Inner Focus
move 1: Nasty Plot
move 2: Aura Sphere
move 3: Dark Pulse
move 4: Vaccuum Wave
Lucario is the other half of my late-game sweepers, and is also my setup sweeper. Nasty Plot gives Lucario a huge SAtk boost and gives Lucario 658 Satk after one turn, which means it's ready to go ape on most Pokemon. Aura Sphere is for STAB and hits Steels and Rock types, and is the move that I use most of the time. Dark Pulse gives Lucario near perfect coverage and has a nice flinch chance, too. Hidden Power Ice hits Dragons and plain Flying-types so Zapdos and Dragonite don't get a free ride. The EVs and Nature are pretty standard, speed and power, this is getting pretty redundant, huh?
So thats my team, please, rate, comment, anything, feel free.
