Reserving Ampharos
Found a skeleton for it on SCMS, may as well push that skeleton considering that no one has claimed Ampharos for their own and get it out of the way before ORAS starts. It's not like there's been any major changes for ORAS Ampharos anyways.

EDIT 2: In case anyone is interested in Vivillon, here is an old, outdated thread of it locked from inactivity. Be warned, it may improve in ORAS due to it gaining Tailwind.
