It has come to our attention that Elegy2019 was boosting his DLT account using alternate accounts (i.e. matching with himself and forfeiting to gain ladder points). He has such been disqualified from DLT, so tenzai qualifies from cycle 1 as the player with the 5th highest ELO.

Please don't boost your accounts, it's definitively cheating and won't be tolerated, especially in official circuit tournaments.
