I agree with Cynthia too. We should wait a few months after beginning UU until we establish the NU tier. The Pokemon that are NU in terms of usage will change in such an extreme fashion during the first few months of UU (because of all the bannings and experimenting), that I doubt it'd even be worth it existing for a while.
