I can't fix some of these myself since I don't know what you were trying to say in parts otherwise I would.
359 SpA Life Orb Focus Blast vs. 503 HP / 342 SpD Snorlax: 46.92% - 55.27%
That just barely 2HKOes on average and only 2HKOes 10% of the time with Leftovers. Unless you have a different standard spread ...
Considering that a decent amount of Blissey run Protect (27.1% to be exact) I'd like the set comments to mention that along with that 188 Attack (92 Atk EVs) are required to OHKO Blissey with Explosion after Stealth Rock and 1 turn of Leftovers recovery. Also, with something like Blissey you need to be more specific about what "standard" is, I don't really know what standard Blissey is if I'm reading this.
Make a note about how Bold Blissey can avoid the 2HKO with Protect. Also, how does Focus Punch deal with Blissey? If Gengar subs on the switch, Blissey breaks the Sub and Gengar is forced to switch. If it Focus Punches on the switch in, Blissey just Ice Beams making Gengar useless? So the 2HKO is rather irrelevant actually. Blissey needs a bit of residual damage before this works - need to expand on that.
It actually deals 62.23% - 73.37% if you want to be technical about it.
This doesn't make any sense, what does not having leftovers have anything to do with switching in on its immunities and the opponent going to a counter.
You use PerishTrap Gengar for Hypnosis.
Needs a mention of Trick.
Actually, min HP / min SpD Gengar is only OHKOed by a Heatran's Fire Blast 66% of the time so might want to change that.
It also 2HKOes standard Snorlax

40 Atk EVs and a Hasty nature are recommended when using Explosion, allowing Gengar to OHKO standard Blissey after Stealth Rock.

53.08% - 62.46% to 252 HP / 252 Bold Blissey, both a 2HKO even when factoring in Leftovers recovery.

Focus Punch also deals 61.61% - 72.76% to min HP Heatran

Having no Leftovers is also a non-issue since Gengar rarely will be in battle long enough in order to spend four Substitutes, as it switches in using its immunities and almost always grants a switch to one of its standard counters.

Mean Look can trap an opponent so you can Explode on them and Perish Song can phaze opponents. However, don't be tempted to use both Mean Look and Perish Song together, as Mismagius' superior defenses generally make it a better option for that strategy unless you really need the extra Speed.

Blissey does fine against most sets, paralyzing with Thunder Wave and wearing Gengar down with whichever special attack (Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt) she happens to carry. Snorlax with Crunch does a fine job, especially Sleep Talk versions as they can absorb Hypnosis. Snorlax can also put the hurt on Gengar by packing Pursuit. Beware of Focus Punch, Focus Blast, and Explosion though.

Even without a boost, Fire Blast will OHKO most Gengar.
