Not all votes are in yet, but enough votes are in to reach a conclusion for all three votes.
With one voter abstaining from the Baton Pass vote, 19 Ban votes are needed to reach the 60% majority (0.6 x 31 = 18.6). As of now, Baton Pass has 21 Ban votes (84% of the current votes). This means that Baton Pass is banned from DPP UU.
With two voters abstaining from the sand vote, 18 Take Action votes are needed to reach the 60% majority (0.6 x 30 = 18). As of now, Sand has 18 votes to take action (75% of the current votes). For the preferred action, Ban Sand Veil has received 16 votes (67% of the current votes), making it impossible for Ban Hippopotas to receive more votes. This means that Sand Veil is banned from DPP UU.
