This thread is for manager signups. The hosts for DPP PL are roxie and goldmason.

Please sign up using the following format:

One of the Managers and Assistant Managers will be able to purchase themselves for 15k credits each prior to the draft if they wish to do so. Both of the managers will be able to purchase themselves for 40k credits in total. Managers will be chosen based on experience in DPP tournaments, their level of involvement in the community and knowledge of the playerbase, their general competence, and prowess in managing in other high-level tournaments in other tiers. If you do sign up, it would be worth explaining why you and your assistant manager would be good picks in relation to the above criteria.

(adding this later so we aren't just signing up without comment; speaking for Dridri here of course.)

Dridri is a legend amongst the new gen dpp players, an SPL Champ, is a overall chill guy who I've never witnessed being toxic, and is always open. me and him already got a huge plan and are very excited to manage if possible. Fun fact: He accidentally qualified for the circuit tournament, he just signed up and topped a bunch of tours not even knowing there was a circuit at the end LOL. (personally he is my fav french player)

For me, I'm a random but I've been watching DPP for years and have played and watched all tiers. I'm definitely better at Doubles than Singles but DPP singles is where I started to actually get serious with Pokemon, the first time I actually grinded ladders and tours. I'd like to bring a non toxic environment to a team, or at least try.

Dridri has a pretty smart plan for DPPPL and without getting into it, if I thought it was bad I wouldn't have agreed; so I'd love to see the plan come to fruitition, if possible.

I didn’t think I would have needed to post my “CV”, but I left it out last year and didn’t get picked because apparently the hosts didn’t know who I was. So here you go:

SPL 2024 MVP playing DPP (9-0 record)
Best DPP record this SPL so far (6-2)
2nd in all time SPL DPP wins, 2 away from 1st
Managed all 3 official team tours, making playoffs 2/3 times
Managed and won multiple unofficial discord team tours in a variety of formats like VGC

My assistant manager also has an extensive history of managing tournaments on this website, be it subforum tours or officials.

I have managed multiple teamtours in various tiers, played in the latest edition of DPPPL as a player, and have played and/or managed tours in all the tiers we have in this tour so i can provide the necessary support.
Estra is an excellent and dedicated manager, having reached the finals of the most recent NUCL. With our combined strengths, we can draft and lead an excellent team.

Team Name: Fiery Fuego Slugs
Zcarlett is an active member of the DPP LC community, playing in most tournaments of dpp lc, hosting dppppl 3 and also managed ALTPL and CAPCL, winning the latter. We both played in the last DPPPL. I have managed multiple tiers on this site, having an 8/9 record in making playoffs, as well as winning OUFL and LPL.

If there are retains available i would like to have the pool of my former team.

was on winning team of first DPPPPPPPPPPL, DPP NU player of the year according to the NU community via vote or smth like that, mainstay in the DPP NU scene and experienced player/manager/contributor throughout the website

Same applies for my fellow manager minus the NU stuff, plays/played DPP LC and has both managed and played in most subforums with success.

Both of us very active inherently, yappers to say the least

give us a fair shake despite the VERY late submission, have a good tour regardless every1 B)
