Dracovish is a potent breaker in SS Ubers thanks to its move Fishious Rend, which doubles in power if it hits a target that has not yet used a move that turn and is boosted by Strong Jaw, allowing Dracovish to 2HKO even bulky targets such as Rotom-W and Intimidate Gyarados that resist it. Psychic Fangs allows Dracovish to always 2HKO Toxapex and Eternatus, which typically can switch in on Fishious Rend. Outrage does the most damage to Eternatus and stands a chance of OHKOing even physically defensive variants, although being locked into it is unfavorable. It also allows Dracovish to OHKO opposing Dracovish and is Dracovish's strongest move against Water Absorb Seismitoad. Crunch can be used to ease prediction if the opponent has both a Water- and a Psychic-immune Pokemon, and it also allows Dracovish to hit Shedinja. Low Kick can be used instead because it stands the best chance of 2HKOing Ferrothorn, but accomplishes little else.

Dracovish fits well on offensive teams looking for a means to break through defensive cores. Offensive partners like Zacian-C appreciate Dracovish's wallbreaking capabilities. Ditto makes a good partner as well, as Dracovish can become setup fodder for Haxorus and Gyarados after KOing a foe with Fishious Rend. Pelipper is an excellent partner for Dracovish, as the rain it provides increases Dracovish's power even further, allowing it to always 2HKO Ferrothorn and Toxapex and pressure Eternatus even more. Although using Dracovish on a Sticky Web team may seem appealing, it is still slower than offensive Eternatus variants unless it runs a Jolly nature, and it is slower than Zacian-C, Zamazenta, and Dragapult no matter what, so it may be worth considering a different, faster wallbreaker such as Hydreigon.

It also allows Dracovish to OHKO opposing Dracovish,(RC) and does the most to is Dracovish's strongest move against (repetition) Water Absorb Seismitoad. Crunch can be used to ease prediction if the opponent has both a Water-(AH) and a Psychic immunity Psychic-immune Pokemon, and it also allows Dracovish to hit Shedinja. Low Kick can be used instead as because it stands the best chance of 2HKOing Ferrothorn,(AC) but it accomplishes little else.

Ditto makes a good partner as well, as Dracovish can become setup fodder for Haxorus and Gyarados after knocking something out KOing a foe with Fishious Rend. Pelipper is an excellent partner for Dracovish, as the rain it provides increases its Dracovish's power even further, allowing it to always 2HKO Ferrothorn and Toxapex and pressure Eternatus even harder more. Although using Dracovish on a Sticky Web team may seem appealing, it is still slower than offensive Eternatus variants unless it runs a Jolly nature, and it is slower than Zacian-C, Zamazenta, and Dragapult no matter what, so it may be worth considering a different option(such as?).

gp 1/1 once done

Implemented those changes. Mentioned Hydreigon in the last line as an example of a good wallbreaker that actually outspeeds things with Sticky Web up. Unless there are any further objections I believe this is done!
