[SET COMMENTS]

While Dracovish has unimpressive stats for an Ubers-exclusive Pokemon at first glance, it is blessed with an extraordinarily powerful move in Fishious Rend, smashing almost everything in the tier. Fishious Rend is an all-purpose attack for Dracovish, punishing switch-ins and slower Pokemon such as Corviknight with an immense 170 Base Power. Choice Band along with an Adamant nature allows it to have maximum power, serving as a devastating wallbreaker. Choice Band Fishious Rend boosted by rain allows Dracovish to OHKO offensive Eternatus. Another option is to run Choice Scarf; although the lack of power compared to Choice Band is noticeable, it has a viable niche on rain teams. When rain is up and Stealth Rock is on the foe's side, a Jolly nature allows Dracovish to 2HKO offensive Eternatus with Fishious Rend, while an Adamant nature allows it to 2HKO defensive Eternatus. Its coverage moves are rarely used due to the amount of damage Fishious Rend can do; however, Outrage is particularly useful against Eternatus when rain isn't present. It is generally not recommended to Dynamax with Dracovish, as it loses the effect of its Choice items and Fishious Rend, but the Max Moves can be quite handy in a pinch.

Due to Fishious Rend's overwhelming power, it isn't difficult to slap Dracovish on any offensive and balance teams. It also excels when fitted into rain teams, as rain further boosts Fishious Rend. Pelipper is the premier rain setter due to its ability to pivot with U-turn, serving great utility to Dracovish. Having teammates like Lunala and Necrozma-DM to set up Trick Room is really helpful with the Choice Band set. Alternatively, running a spread of 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def along with a Brave nature and 0 IVs in Speed can allow Dracovish to be faster than what it usually can't outspeed, like Zacian-C. Dracovish also appreciates teammates that can use pivot moves like Teleport and U-turn to bring Dracovish in safely and maintain offensive pressure.

In Rain and Stealth Rock on the foe's side, a Jolly Nature allows Fishious Rend to 2HKO Offensive Eternatus, while an Adamant Nature allows it to 2HKO Defensive Eternatus. Its other moves are rarely used due to the amount of damage Fishious Rend can do, however Outrage is particularly useful against Defensive Eternatus, which tanks Fishious Rend comfortably.
You might want to reword the second sentence here a bit because it's a bit confusing in context with the sentence before it.

Besides that I think it looks good overall QC 1/2

While Dracovish has unimpressive stats for an Ubers exclusive Pokemon at first glance, it is blessed with an extraordinarily powerful move in Fishious Rend, smashing almost everything in the Ubers tier (Lowercase). Fishious Rend is an all-purpose attack for Dracovish, (AC) with its impressive Base Power of 170, punishing switch-ins and Pokemon who are unfortunately slower such as Corviknight. (AP) with an immense BP (it is recommended to use "Base Power" instead of "BP" I reorganized this a bit). Choice Band along with an Adamant nature (Lowercase) allows it to have maximum power, serving as a devastating wallbreaker. Another option is to run Choice Scarf; although the lack of power compared to Choice Band is noticeable, it has a viable niche on rain (Lowercase) teams. In rain (Lowercase) and Stealth Rock on the foe's side, a Jolly nature (Lowercase) allows Fishious Rend to 2HKO offensive Lowercase) Eternatus, while an Adamant nature (Lowercase) allows it to 2HKO defensive (Lowercase) Eternatus. Its coverage moves are rarely used due to the amount of damage Fishious Rend can do,(RC)(AP) However, Outrage is particularly useful against Eternatus when rain (Lowercase) isn't present. It is generally not recommended to Dynamax with Dracovish as it loses its effect of Choice Band/Scarf and Fishious Rend (I wasn't sure what this brought) in the duration of during Dynamax, but the Max Moves can be quite handy in a pinch. Due to its overwhelming power in Fishious Rend, it isn't difficult to slap on Dracovish to any offensive and balanced teams.

Dracovish excels when fitted into rain (Lowercase) teams as rain (Lowercase) further boosts Fishious Rend. Pelipper is the premier rain (Lowercase) setter with the ability to pivot with U-turn (turn is lowercased), serving great utility to Dracovish. Choice Band Fishious Rend boosted by rain (lowercase) allows Dracovish to even OHKO offensive (lowercase) Eternatus. Having teammates like Lunala and Necrozma-DM to set up Trick Room is niche with the Choice Band set, running a 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def EV spread along with a Brave nature and 0 IVs in Speed can allow Dracovish to be faster than what it usually can't outspeed like Zacian-C. Dracovish also appreciates teammates that can use pivot moves like Teleport and U-Turn U-turn to bring Dracovish in safely and maintain offensive pressure.

I did move around a couple of sentences to where I thought they would make more sense and help the analysis to flow better.
