This is not a discussion thread but i want to make a stance so i'll keep it brief, (i believe) you aren't entitled to your opponent scouring every mean to reach you when the standard that you agree to when signing up is contacting through smogon. You're either going to be serious about it or not, and you'll get results accordingly
