I'm rejecting this, the reasoning as to why it deserves to be on site is basically "it's good", and obviously I'm not convinced. What can it set up on? Why is it "very effective"? Why would you waste your time using this set when it gets walled by something like Skarmory and can't even recover up unlike the roost dd set? If you're dead set on beating weavile which you shouldn't even be trying so hard to do, then try running Yache instead. Dragonite's weakness to ice priority is small. Mamoswine and Weavile are quite uncommon in OU, and they are easy enough to deal with using the rest of your team.
