Dread Island (an RU RMT)[peaked #41]

Bump, I'm having issues with Hail Stall. Is it my play style, or is there something that can be done.

Hey dude, i think this team needs a lot of work :/

First of all Sub Toxic Roost Moltres is ery good against your team, it can set up on Yanmega, Entei and Honchkrow. Moltres is mostly partnered with blastoise and since you lack a spin blocker then can easily spin while you go to e-vire and since e-vire is so frail i can't imagine him coming in on Spikes, SR a Hit and Hail damage twice. Your also quite hail weak and CB Hitmonchan can easily punch holes in your team forcing switches into yanmega (as its your only fighting resist) and it takes SR Then CC, since it has no recovery, and is running LO this puts you in an awful position.

Stall in general is also a problem since you have 3 Life Orbers and a CB Entei (which kills itself). So im going to suggest you use a Specially Defensive Clefable Over your Electrivire and a a Physically defensive Dusknoir over your Entei.

Aroamatheraphy|Seismic Toss|Toxic|Softboiled
Allows you to counter stall completly, hail has nothign over you and Clefable is an evil Wall partner to dusknoir, it takes on a lot of your defensive threats and Stalls out everything, The only thing you need to worry about is Sleep (Refer to the end of my post).

252 HP 252 DEF 6 ATK |Calm| Leftovers
Wil-O-Wisp|Pain Split|Shadow Sneak|Seismic Toss
You can also use Toxic over WoW and Fire punch over either attacks perosnal choice imo
Dusknoir is pretty much here to block spin, add burns, and be clefables partner in crime. He lso blockes spin so moltres and opposing yanmega arn't much of a problem anymore.

Also since you now lack fire moves and ways of dealing with ferroseed i recommend a switch to a 4th gen Honchkrow, try

Honchkrow|Leftovers|Mild| INsomnia
252 ATK|184 SP ATK|72 SPEED
Night Slash|Heat Wave|Superpower|Suckerpunch

Alternate evs and moves at will but het wave and imsomnia help this team a lot, along with night slash for cress

I'll need to hear more opinions about Clefable. I'm not replacing the Pokemon that effortlessly shrugs through most walls in RU.

clefable makes walls want to go and cry and since 70% of RU is walls you win. you said you were having problem with hail stall, clefable BEATS it

I still dunno... E-Vire contributes a ton. I have an Idea of my own. Quilfish is the only thing that really stops Entei from roflstompin Hail teams. I was thinking of putting HP-Electric on Blastoise. Aside from hitting Quilfish, it will hit Feraligatr, which Blastoise walls.
