fwiw Mattapod bit of a screwup on my part here because I should've made this clearer during the interest stage, but do you intend to make this an RNG Reporter guide or a PPRNG guide? RNG reporter guide is what we're looking for because we have a PPRNG guide here (unless that one needs elaborating / updating).

i did use pprng when doing this last time, but i have rng reporter now and have used it for gen 4 and 5 stuff. ill take a look and see if i can write it up this weekend as i planned on redoing the dream radar mons anyway.
