(Dream World) My first team. Yeah.

I'm new to competitive pokemon, so this team will be terrible. In fact, it is terrible. I got destroyed in most of the matches I played. Anyways, here is the team.
Aggron @Focus Slash

Moveset
- Rock Polish
- Stealth Rock
- Head Smash
- Substitute
Ability
Rock Head
EVs and Nature
252HP/64Atk/112Def/80SpD
Sassy Nature

Alright, so here's Aggron, my lead. He has Stealth Rock for the set-up, Substitute so he can actually live, Rock Polish for the nice +2 Speed, and Head Smash, my only directly damaging move. He's got nice stats, however, has a huge weakness to Ground-type moves (I'm looking at you, Earthquake. >>). I'm thinking of replacing him with Steelix, which seems better, or another bulky lead that can set-up Stealth Rock.

Bisharp @Leftovers

Moveset
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance
- Substitute
- Low Sweep
Ability
Defiant
EVs and Nature
128HP/160Atk/16Def/204Sp.Def
Adamant Nature

My next pokemon is Bisharp, my physical tank, whom despite having some bad Speed has a decent movepool IMO (I wish he could learn Drain Punch though). Sucker Punch should be obvoius, same with Swords Dance. Substitute is their so I can live. Again. Low Sweep is just a filter fighting move.

Zebstrika @Leftovers

Moveset
- Overheat
- Wild Charge
- Hidden Power(Ice)
- Pursuit
Ability
Sap Sipper
EVs and Nature
72Atk/188SpA/248Spd
Naive Nature
Comments

This is Zebstrika, my mixed sweeper. I love his troll speed of 116, and the Electric type is pretty good for a mixed sweeper IMO, especially with Sap Sipper, making it weak to only Ground-type. Overheat and Hidden Power are for Grass-types, while Hidden Power by itself is good against Ground-type. Pursuit is their incase they try to switch out, however, I'm thinking on replacing it.

Nidoking @Life Orb

Moveset
- Earth Power
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Sludge Wave
Ability
Sheer Force
EVs and Nature
252SpA/252Spd/4Def
Modest Nature
Comments

Now we have Nidoking, my special sweeper, and by god he does a good job at it. Sheer Force + Life Orb increases damage by a lot, although I do lose secondary effects (that aren't negative. >>). His Ground-Ice-Thunder moveset are a good counter against the usual Fire-Water-Grass moves. Sludge Wave is a filler move, I can't think of something useful to put their. Maybe Poison Spikes?

Milotic @Leftovers
milotic2_2.jpg

Moveset
- Scald
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Ice Beam
Ability
Marvel Scale
EVs and Nature
252HP/200Def/56Sp.Def
Calm Nature
Comments

Milotic, the master troll in my team. ResTalked with Marvel Scale is deadly. Scald and Ice Beam are the norm (I believe) for a ResTalked Milotic, because of the 30% Burn and Ice Beam being Ice Beam. Leftovers are their just to add insult to injury.

Weezing @Leftovers?

Moveset
- Will-O-Wisp
- Sludge Bomb
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
Ability
Levitate
EVs and Nature
252HP/180Def/76Sp.Def
Bold Nature
Comments

I really need to find a replacement for this. I don't like Weezing at all, except for it's Ground-Type resistance. Sludge Bomb is a filler move, he can burn pokemon, and he's ResTalked. He's like Milotic, except more Defensive rather than Special Defensive and can't abuse it's Ability with ResTalk.

I haven't touched Smogon's UU tier yet, but just a tip. This is painfully hard to read. Don't try to make your RMT format unique unless you can do it effectively. The pictures are random sizes and the moveset analysis things are just too random and hard to read

I haven't played UU either but I'm planning to soon.
I don't really see what Aggron is trying to do here, either make him a lead w/ sturdy and some combo of SR/Metal Burst/Endeavor/filler, or make him a pure sweeper.
Consider Brick Break on Bisharp, Fire Blast/Focus Blast/Physical fighting move for Chansey on King, Dragon tail on Milotic.
I see you have a big fighting weakness, with 2 4x weaks and only 2 2x resists, so work on that. Other than that, I can't be much help.

Aggron - Aggron's sole purpose is to Rock Polish sweep, or trick room sweep. So, get a new lead, and make Aggron your late-game sweeper with
Life Orb Rock Polish/Head Smash/Earthquake/Filler Move

Bisharp - Brick Break over Low Sweep. Taunt is probs better than sub, because it stops stall.

Zebstrika - Why sap sipper?, who uses a grass type attack against your team. I think Motor Drive would be more helpful, and with the speed boost, you would ruin most scarfed pokemon too. Flame Charge could be handy, boosting its speed to levels where even scarfed pokemon can't reach, and its good against steels. Overheat doesn't really fit. But that's up to you.

Nidoking - Slime Wave isnt that good, so replace it with flamethrower, it allows you to kill steels.

Milotic - Nothing too bad. Recover can be used over rest-talk if you want to toxic or some other attack (dragon tail)

Weezing - Replace with Azelf, and it can go into lead.
Azelf @ Focus Sash - (not sure about evs) Stealth Rock/Taunt/U-Turn/Filler Move
