I'm personally partial to the gin and tonic. Nothing beats a gin and tonic and a nice cigar on a warm spring night. Tanqueray is my gin of choice. If i'm going cheap I stick with seagram's.

Beyond that: whiskey gingers, rum and coke (captain specifically), white russians (frozen white russians are amazing)

and when i'm trying to go extra girly: pinnacle whipped cream vodka and just about anything (literally: ginger ale, orange soda, root beer, and my personal favorite, sunny d)

for beer i'm not too picky but i love the belgian white ale shit. dos equis is also pretty awesome, but i'm fine with just a miller lite really.

oh and for anyone going to nats i hope you love shots of soco, because i do
 
i love beer, and i can't really handle hard liquors...i've been arrested and hospitalized from it. so i stick with beer, and it seems to have been better. drinking kokanee atm mad good buy some u won't be disappoint

I'm not too picky about my beer, but I don't want it to taste watery or like total ass. That means most light beers are not an option. My faves are Dos Equis or Tecate, though.

When it comes to liquors, I'm a vodka man. I looooooove vodka. Mix it with lemonade, orange juice, hell, almost any fruit juice...I'm a happy guy.

Don't really have the stomach for other liquors. I'll take shots, albeit reluctantly, though I prefer mixed drinks.
 
Nothing but vodka. Seriously.

Beer has always tasted pretty gross to me, but probably because I've been drinking the wrong kinds.

Had whiskey at a party, and it was pretty bad also. Again, friends buy booze to get drunk, not for taste. Probably was the cheapest one in the Liquor store.

Never had anything else really.

I don't drink much though.

when i go out i usually just drink the cheapest beer, so i wouldn't say im very fussy. favourite beer has to be peroni, but i usually end up on stella/carlsberg/carling
 
What's wrong with Boddington? They had it on tap at a place near me and I've had it a few times. It's something that I've just had fairly recently.
 
I like Tiger Blood with Whiskey. It can successfully cure even the most potent cases of Bi-Loser Syndrome in a single drink.

Haha, Try a midori sour (midori, sweet and sour, sprite) or if you like orange creamsicles try orange soda with whipped cream vodka (which Jabba pointed out already, but I figured I'd highlight)- though I may have to try that whipped vodka with orange juice now to see if I like it any better. ;)

The rare moments that I'm not staying the night and/or not driving, I usually make sure I have midori sour supplies on-hand. The orange creamsicle isn't my favorite, but most people who try it like it AND even *I* have to admit that it tastes just like an orange creamsicle. Maybe I should chill it more and I'll like it? I don't really know.

Anyways, haha, I'll let you know if I run into any other "good" drinks that aren't super alcoholic (or that you can't taste the alcohol). :P
 
I'm in High School, so I'm a fan of the classic Keystone light in a red cup.
I'm not saying it's good, it's just what I'm used to.

Hmmm. Old me was Strongbow into SoCo+Lemonade into VodkaOJs.

Now me is cheap mixers into Whiskey or Tequila shots into whatever is put in front of me.

Live with a guy that works the bar at weddings so we also drink alot of wine with dinner and stuff.
 
recently my friends have taken to making hot chocolate and mixing in peppermint schnapps or some kind of creme da cacao. tastes great and gives a brilliant buzzz.

for liquors, i like to stick to whiskey. just tastes great and gives a great drunkk. honey whiskeys are great too. goes down smooth.

as for beers, i am personally a fan of honey beers (yeah honey and alcohol is just a great mix) and IPAs. honey beers just great to sip on while playin COD or transformice while IPAs are great to cook with. Pop a few burgers on a grill, maybe a steak or some kinda meat and nurse your IPA while its cooking. brilliant.
 
It appears that my friends have a terrible taste in alcohol. Smirnoff Ice was flowing abundantly at our BBQ. Took one sip of that shit and groaned. Then found out my friends spiked that shit.

Really need recommendations for beer. Or for whiskey.
 
corona is a nice light tasting beer good for beginners. i'm not sure if you can get it out of china but tsingtao/qingdao is cheap and light (pretty ass in terms of quality, but eh, you can guzzle it).

Grolsch is the most delicious beer that is consistently around at lcbo or beer store. I guess it'd be different in vancouver though. If you get fruit beer at the liquor store it's generally pretty good. My dad had this really great german beer when I was at my grandparents yesterday, no idea what the name was though.

Oh really cheap whiskey out of a flask kind of makes my day.
 
Straight vodka, straight jager, a gin mix or Strongbows are my beverages of choice. Beer and goon (cheap wine) are alright I guess but they definitely aren't my preferred drinks lol.
