Done Dropdowns in format pickers

With the ever increasing amount of formats/OMs in Pokemon Showdown, the list of formats in format picker for battles/challenges/teambuilder is also increasing, taking about a third of the screen, to fix this a dropdown over every section(for example national dex) would be nice to stop the clutter of formats on the screen
