ORAS UU Droppin' Iron Meteors

Herro. Time For My Third RMT I Guess.
Tested This Team Out A Bit On Ladder And Its Been Successful For The Most Part.

Teambuilding Process

Started Out As A Simple Core I Wanted To Try Out. Kyurem Is An Underrated Offensive Beast And Doublade Is Your Standard Too Good At What It Does Pokemon. Doublade Can Handle Kyurem's Weaknesses Pretty Well While Being Able To Break Most Things Kyurem Can't, Like Bronzong.

Seismitoad Let's Me Handle Bulky Waters In Most Cases, While Also Being A Nice Stealth Rocker.
It Also Handles MAerodactyl and Fire Types For The Most Part Which This Core Doesn't Like. Also Has Access To Knock Off So I Can Get Rid Of Items If Needed And Get Burns With Scald.

Umbreon Is A Crucial Mon For This Team. It Allows Me To Get Rid Of All Status Which Is A Problem For Any Team, And Also Let's Me Wishpass To The Rest Of The Team Letting It Stand Longer. This Means Pokémon Like Doublade And Seismitoad Can Regain Some HP And Continue Helping Out The Team. Umbreon Also Gets Foul Play Which Can Help Kill Some Setup Mons Like Mence If Needed.

I Wanted A Defogger Next Because No One Likes Hazards.
I Chose Salamence Because Its Another Solid Special Attacking Beast With A Great Typing And Intimidate And Gets Reliable Recovery. It Also Gives Me Another Fire Resist And An Immunity To Ground Which This Team Has Trouble With. Draco Meteor And Fire Blast Give It Some Great Coverage For The Team And Combined With Kyurem Can Get Some Work Done.

For My Last Member I Chose Cobalion. For My Last Mon I Was Going To Pick Mienshao Or Heracross, But Then Realised I'd Be Crushed By Mamoswine. While Cobalion Isnt Any Better For Dealing With Mamo, It Gets Magnet Rise Meaning If I Play Around With Salamence And Cobalion Correctly I Could Stop Mamo. Cobalion Is Also A Nice Swords Dancing Sweeper And Is My Main Win Condition.

Teambuilding Sets & Spreads

kyurem.gif

Kyurem @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Earth Power
- Roost

Basically A Great Special Attacker. Gets Some Really Solid Coverage With Draco Meteor, Ice Beam and Earth Power, And As We've All Seen From Mamo, Ice/Ground Coverage Can Kill Alot. Roost Gives It Some Solid Recovery To Play Around With If Needed.

doublade.gif

Doublade @ Eviolite
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Iron Head
- Sacred Sword

As Explained Up In The Teambuilding Process, Great Partner For Kyurem. Being Able To Break Most Things Kyurem Cant Like Snorlax And Florges. Can Also Get Potential Late Game Sweeps With Swords Dance Shadow Sneak And Its Typing Gives Me Some Great Tanking Abilities To Help Out Everything Else On The Team Aswell.

seismitoad.gif

Seismitoad @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Def / 56 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Knock Off
- Earthquake

Just The Standard Leftovers Number Spread. This Is My Stealth Rocker And My Go To Mon To Take On Aerodactyl Or Darmanitan. Scald Lets Me Get Potential Burns To Help Out. Earthquake Gives Me Some Stab Coverage To Hit More. Knock Off Lets Me Take Off Opponent's Items Giving Me An Easier Time.

umbreon.gif

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Foul Play
- Protect
- Wish
- Heal Bell

Umbreon Is The Cleric Of The team Stopping Status From Taking Over And Wish Passing To Keep The Team Alive. Protect Is Needed To Get A Safe Wish off If Needed And To Scout.
Foul Play Lets It Hit Some Dragon Dance / Swords Dance Users And Hit Things Like Honchkrow For Good Damage. Max Defense Lets It Take On Said Users Better Like Feraligatr And Honchkrow.

salamence.gif

Salamence @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Draco Meteor
- Defog
- Roost

The Defogger Of The Team. Lets Me Check Fire, Ground And Fighting Spam Better While Also Being Able To Tear Through The Opponents Team With Fire Blast And Draco Meteor. Roost Gives It Reliable Recovery To Take On Said Mons Better.

cobalion.gif

Cobalion @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Magnet Rise
- Iron Head
- Close Combat

The Win Condition. Magnet Rise Cobalion Gives Me Another Helper For Ground Spam Since Ground Types Most Commonly Run Rock Type Moves And Vica Versa. Swords Dance + Magnet Rise Lets Me Setup On Non-Flamethrower Nidoqueen/King, Mamoswine, Gligar, Krookodile and more.

Mega Blastoise Is A Big Threat To This Team Since Seismitoad Cant Safely Switchin Into It And Everything Else Can Be Knocked Out By Some Coverage Move Depending On Its Set.

Crocune Damages This Team Hard. Luckily Most Cunes Are Roarcune These Days But Crocune Is Still Definitely A Thing To Watch Out For. Be Careful Playing Around With Dracos If They Have A Suicune In The Back Because You'll Never Know, Even SubCm Cune Can Actually Easily Win.

Those Are The Only Threats Ive Found So Far.

Please Note Anymore Visible Threats To Me. Thank You For Reading.(Or Skipping Through To The Comments Idek.)

The Caps Every Single First Letter Hurts.

Sub CM chandy and other draco's kinda push your shit in along with bulky setup and grass types in general. You have no real synergistic "win condition" with 2 breakers. Cobal is cool but as a solo wincon on this team he's lacking.

Swap Umby to mixed bulk mandi with speed creep for cune and a set of taunt/defog/foul play/roost

Swap mence to bulky lum DD, with a set of EQ/DD/Outrage/Roost this gives you a wincon to abuse kyurems breaking.

Run sludge wave > knock off on seismitoed, killing whimsicott matters.

Lum > lefties on non sub cobal.

Changes above are just a basic shuffle to remove the most obvious weaknesses/allow for more options when playing.

Hey Terrashock you have a cool team here revolving around a cool core. I have made a team with the exact same core of Doublade / Umbreon / Seismitoad / LO Defog Mence except i ran a Swampert over Seismitoad. However, your team is quite repetitive with having two Swords Dancing Steel types as well as two Life Orb Special Dragons. This could make it difficult for your team to break certain cores or it helps since the mons are breaking down each others counters, I don't really know.

My first suggestion is to make Umbreon a Specially Defensive Spread. Umbreon has no business being Defensively bulky on a team like this. You need a specially defensive variant to take on Draco Meteors and any other special attackers since your team lacks a specially defensive wall otherwise(Threats this helps with can be Nidoqueen, Blastoise, Chandelure, etc. etc). This change will really make this defensive core fully pieced together and making it cover most of the tier more effectively. Your team is naturally bulky and pokemon like Gatr are checked by the majority of your team. Here is your set:

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Protect
- Foul Play
- Heal Bell

My last suggestion would be to try Taunt > Magnet Rise on Cobalion. Magnet Rise Cobalion doesn't really help with a Mamoswine weakness at all since you obviously cannot switch into an Earthquake and I do not think setting up on a Mamoswine is beneficial since you want to kill it with Close Combat as fast as you can. I also highly doubt a Mamoswine would stay in on your Cobalion, anyway. I think Taunt would really benefit this team mainly with dealing with Suicune since it honestly 6-0s your team with no effort. Seismitoad is not the best Suicune counter since it can't really touch it back and it can gets worn down pretty easily. Swords Dance + Taunt can shutdown Suicune with the hope you do not get burnt. Taunt can stop Cune from Roaring you out or stopping it from getting a Rest off. Taunt + Swords Dance is also a really damn good and underrated set on Cobalion anyway. Here is your set:

Cobalion @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Close Combat
- Taunt

Good luck!

Just a note: magnet rise cobalion actually does assist with the nido/swine weakness by allowing cobalion to stay in.

It's a minor thing but it means that only mence is really forced out by mamo on the revenge kill which ensures that mamo cant beat through the core forcing it into a 1 for 1 trade scenario.

I'll Try the Cobalion Set And See How It Works.

As For Umbreon SpDef Sounds Good Since I Was Having Problems With MegaToise And Queen. Thanks.
