Meowstic-M is a valuable support teammate for Hyper Offensive Psychic teams by providing extra bulk through setting Screens. The extra bulk set from Light Screen and Reflect set by Meowstic-M gives its teammates more room for wallbreaking and/or setup sweeping. Thunder Wave allows Meowstic-M to hinder the speed of fast threats such as Dragapult and Flutter Mane. Charm allows Meowstic-M to soften blows from wallbreakers like Choice Band Mamoswine or prevent sweepers like Iron Hands from setting up. The given EV spread allows for Meowstic to outspeed Ceruledge to set Reflect before it can Shadow Sneak while also maximizing bulk.
Assault Vest Hoopa-Unbound is a phenomenal mixed wallbreaker with coverage that allows it to take on walls like Skarmory or Toxapex with Thunderbolt, Archaludon or Heatran with Focus Blast, etc.; and Assault Vest allows it to take hits from Choice Specs Dragapult or Flutter Mane. Assault Vest Gallade is another bulky special wall that benefits from Screens support to allow it to take hits from Iron Treads or Roaring Moon and OHKO in return. Iron Crown benefits greatly from the extra bulk provided by Meowstic-M Screens support to allow it to setup Calm Mind and/or Agility for sweeping. Hatterene is an excellent teammate to prevent hazards with Magic Bounce; while also giving room with setup sweep and drain tank with Draining Kiss sets.
