[SET COMMENTS]
This Duraludon set focuses on beating many of the metagame's most prominent threats: Dynamax Mimikyu, Gyarados, Dragapult, and Rotom-W. Dynamax removes all the drawbacks of its moves and allows Duraludon to trade favorably with the above metagame threats, as Max Steelspike or the base move Steel Beam OHKOes Dynamax Mimikyu. Draco Meteor provides Duraludon with a solid STAB move to hit-and-run with in regular form, specifically targeting Dragapult and Rotom-W. Thunder may seem risky, but it allows Max Lightning to OHKO Dynamax Gyarados almost every time. Thunderbolt misses out on the KO, but allows Duraludon to more reliably target Gyarados and Corviknight without Dynamax. Rock Tomb as the final move helps this Duraludon outspeed a -1 Mimikyu. However, Flash Cannon can give Duraludon some consistency with a no-drawback STAB move. Alternatively, Solar Beam allows Duraludon to hit Gastrodon and Rotom-W harder.

Assault Vest patches up Duraludon's pitiful Special Defense, notably letting it take on special Dragapult and Rotom-W better. Weakness Policy and Shuca Berry on the other hand accept that its Special Defense will always be terrible, and instead focus on its great physical Defense, letting Duraludon take on Earthquake users. 252 SpA EVs with a Modest nature allow Duraludon to deal as much damage as possible, most notably OHKOing Dynamax Gyarados with Max Lightning. The recommended Speed investment allows Duraludon to outspeed -1 max Speed Jolly Mimikyu. Its bulk allows it to survive two Dragon Darts on the physical side and minimizes the chance that Gengar can OHKO Duraludon with Focus Blast through the Assault Vest on the special side. All its abilities are low-impact, but Light Metal can reduce damage taken from Low Kick and Grass Knot.

As Steel Beam, Draco Meteor, and Thunder come with severe downsides, Duraludon loses most of its viability when it is unable to Dynamax or if Dynamax runs out. This means that Duraludon struggles against defensive teams that can easily pivot around its attacks and waste its Dynamax. In addition, Duraludon has no access to Fire-type moves, leaving it wide open to Steel-types that resist Thunderbolt such as Ferrothorn and Excadrill. Specially offensive Pokemon like Gengar and Rotom-H generally trade favorably even against Assault Vest Duraludon.

I like the set, and the write-up is A+. But sadly we have to do Light Metal > Stalwart. Stalwart isn't the Mold Breaker+ we ideally would love it to be, it just ignores the redirection bits only and nothing else (won't ignore sturdy or disguise, or even the immunity part of storm drain/lightning rod).

This is good stuff, only change I'd make is the set name because I don't think that joke would be allowed onsite rofl.

But yeah besides the set name... QC Approved 1/2!

Still can't believe Steel Beam ended up being a viable move. Honestly I don't have anything else to add, I used this set with AV and liked it a lot. QC 2/2

This Duraludon set focuses on beating a lot many of the metagame's most prominent threats: Dynamax Mimikyu, Gyarados, Dragapult, and Rotom-W. Dynamax removes all the drawbacks of its moves, (remove comma) and allows Duraludon to trade favorably with the above metagame threats. (remove period) Steel Beam (add comma) as Max Steelspike OHKOes one-shots Dynamax Mimikyu. (because Dynamax was mentioned at the start of this sentence, I'm assuming it's Max Steelspike that defeats Mimikyu and not base Steel Beam. if this is incorrect I'd still recommend the other changes but don't change the move name) Draco Meteor provides Duraludon with a solid STAB move to hit-and-run with in regular form, and targets specifically targeting Dragapult and Rotom-W. Thunder may seem risky, but it allows the Max Lightning to OHKO Dynamax Gyarados 15/16 of the almost every time. (15/16ths wording sounded clunky but if you want the specifics you can leave it in) Thunderbolt misses out on the KO, but allows Duraludon to more reliably target Gyarados and Corviknight without Dynamax. Rock Tomb as the final move helps this Duraludon outspeed a -1 Mimikyu. provides speed control, letting this Duraludon outspeed Mimikyu at -1 Speed. However, Flash Cannon can give Duraludon some consistency with a no-drawback (add hyphen) STAB move.

Assault Vest is an option that patches up Duraludon's pitiful Special Defense, notably letting it take on special Dragapult and Rotom-W better. Weakness Policy and Shuca Berry on the other hand accepts that its Special Defense will always be terrible, and instead focuses on its great physical Defense, letting Duraludon take on Earthquake users. 252 SpA EVs with a Modest nature allow Duraludon to deal as much damage as possible, most notably OHKOing Dynamax Gyarados with Max Lightning. Good analysis, mostly just minor changes for readability purposes and avoiding some repetition. GP 1/1
