A true hustler, Durant has been recently seen on the court due to its potency as a Dynamax attacker with great STAB moves, allowing it to dunk on common Pokemon such as Necrozma, Mew, and Togekiss. The option of First Impression or X-Scissor depends on whether you want a stronger priority option when not Dynamaxed, or something you can use multiple times. Stomping Tantrum and Rock Slide are coverage options to hit Pokemon such as Melmetal, Charizard, and Incineroar. Although Durant is an amazing Dynamax attacker, it has its downsides. If not Dynamaxed, it has to deal with the airball roulette that is Hustle accuracy, so you usually want to build a team around it prioritizing it as the user of Dynamax. Durant just about loses to every Fire-type in the book, so pairing it with Stealth Rock support from the likes of Necrozma helps in eliminating those threats. Gothitelle is an exceptional partner, providing Fake Out + Helping Hand support while preventing opposing Pokemon that Durant can KO from switching, along with adding the extra power needed to make up for an Intimidate drop.

  • Goth also provides Helping Hand support which can either make up for an intimidate drop or give you the extra oomph you need to KO bulkier mons
Otherwise looks great, I'd definitely mention Fake Out + HH with goth but QC 1/1 after that!

Durant just about faints loses ("Faints" didn't feel like the right word choice here) to every Fire-type in the book, so pairing it with Stealth Rock support from the likes of Necrozma helps in eliminating those threats. Gothetelle Gothitelle is an exceptional partner, providing Fake Out and Support whilst + Helping Hand support while (I think this is what you meant?) preventing opposing Pokemon, (RC) which that Durant can KO, (RC) from switching, along with adding the extra power need needed to make up for an Intimidate (Capitalize) drop.
