I have a quik quit stupid question.

i dont have daimond/pearl yet because it is not available in my country yet but i am building my Tyranitar sandstorm team ingame it has Tyranitar Swampert Flygon Steelix ect.

now could you people tell me what set is should give him just the old well known stall set or are there new better sets for him?

i would like to get some good sets here so i know how is should make him for when i have the new game (new moves may be mentiont to is what i mean then i just train him as far as i can end get the new moves in when i have the game)

i try'd looking at search here but did not find really nice sets so i tought lets ask it here so i get like 10 sets and i can look at what i like most.
 
Pain Split is normally the main choice for recovery, but Rest can work too.

Will-O-Wisp is a great move generally, and can be used to disable a whole bunch of pogeys.

The two attacking moves are then up to you. I personally like Thunderpunch/ice Punch as a 'BoltBeam' effect, and to effectively remove Garchomp/Gyarados quickly. However both Earthquake and Shadow Punch (or Shadow Sneak) are often commonly used as well.
 
i run Fire Punch on my Dusknoir to counter Choice Band Pursuit Heracross, which is probably one of Dusknoir's best counters. Otherwise, what Spanky said is good
