Pretty happy with top 4, fun meta overall. Playing around dmax is probably the single most important aspect and positioning around it is certainly very stressful lol. Gonna dump the teams I built, pretty much all just concepts that could probably be polished. S/O to udongirl for the help with brainstorming and building most of these.

https://pokepast.es/0571c0005421f1d9 - screens rain, i genuinely think screens can be effective as a way to play around dmaxers, especially defiant mons like gapdos that cant be stopped with intimidate.

https://pokepast.es/8b5f4aa665dcb138 - this is just an experiment on dmax pult, its not bad. volcanion performs about the same as what youd expect. diancie is kind of just a filler. sidenote on lando, i think life orb/other dmax sets are excellent but im not sure about swords dance.

didn't try much urshifu, but it just seemed fairly underwhelming in this meta, something maybe a little different from VGC.
 
I thought this rule‘s main problem is Defiant Airstreamers. Intimidate is important to survive dynamax turns but Defiant + Airstream is too hard to stop. I want to see this meta without gapdos and thundy.
And bulk-raising Max Moves (quake and steelspikes) are underrated now. This metagame isn't played enough so we need to think about this metagame more.

idea from udongirl, Metagross with lo and redirection+psy terrain is a beast with dynamax thanks to his stats and ability, the rest is pretty standard rain

Dracovish in sand does big damages, with the help of dyna zapdos or dyna tytar; mew with wow and snarl alone supports the team really well; heatran and amoongus fit with the rest of the team.

Pult with dyna is cool, supported by zeraora with coaching, is a really aggressive lead. The rest of the team is pretty solid and can benefit from the max moves of dragapult. Sash urshi can endure airstreams and glide from rilla.

Mr. 145 base stat attack Landorus therian can be devastating with the right support; amoong has redirection, zapdos checks urshifu and gapdos, inci and steela help vs kyub and psyspam. Same urshi with the secret tech (never used) helping hand.

Dynamax regigigas is simply strong. Additionally, DOU has 2 non-ability mons: kyurem and zygarde. It means weezing is still worthy after regigigas has gone. My tour replays have already proved this team works even if gigas or weezing left by accident.

Simple max airstream team. Zygarde plus zapdos is a great offensive core. Other 4 mons are so flexible.

Glastrier is an interesting pokemon. Buff max moves with chilling neigh is excellent. But its not good for incineroar so I believe there is still room for improvement.

My friend Twincell gave me this team. My gigas team's breaking swipes kyub is from her idea. Coil milotic under the screens is difficult to beat. Competitive is also good, nothing to say.

This is also my friend's team. Idk what is the best title of this. I used it only once and lost, but this team has high potential. Metagross with dynamax becomes a big threat. Metagross needs more research if dynamax is unbanned.

Despite getting dynamax, coalossal still struggles its poor power. Existence of zygarde also limits its work.

Glaciate Kyurem isn't enough to stop defiant airstreamer. It would be better with some changes but I decided to use milotic team so I don't.
