What levels were your pokemon at when you battled the E4? I want to know so I can see what level my pokes need to be at. Please respond. Thanks in advanced.
 
What would you lose by testing it yourself? Also, there's the Ask-A-Simple-Question topic for, well, simple questions like this.

Anyways, if I recall correctly, the mons' level range from 55 to a little less than 70. I might not be 100% accurate though.
 
Well I did not feel like traveling all the way there with pokemon underleveled. I want to train them before I go. And sorry I did not post this in the Simple-Ouestion thread but I cant do anything about it now so dont waste your time telling me. And as for the info that was asked for thank you very much.
 
A pretty funny thing, I beat the E4 and it was only meant to be a test run to see how well I could do

Be around levels 55-58. Those are pretty average
 
You can beat the E4 in the high 40's (highest was a 52 Gyarados that solo'd Cynthia's team by DDingx6 on Spiritomb), it just requires a good supply of items and the ability to take the stallers out before they do irrecoverable damage to your team/item supply.
 
level 64 infernape.

20 revives, 50 hyper potions (didnt use the all obviously), 3 untrained legendaries to stall while i revive. everything else was level 10
 
From memory I had a level 52 Torterra and Palkia, and 54 Staraptor. With only >15 as my others if I needed to revive anything. The group worked well and countered just about everything

Torterra and Staraptor are also good for clearing the game in general.
 
Watch out for the Lucian Bronzong, my Infernape took a hell of a long time just to kill it.

Also be wary of Lucian's Alakazam, who kills with stuff like Focus Blast and is faster than most with high speed
 
59 Infernape, 55 Gyarados, 55 Luxray.. it depends on your starter and the pokemon you use. Gyarados rapes Cynthia (DD on Tomb), Bertha, and Flint, Luxie beats Lucian with Crunches, The ape shits all over the first guy

If you have pokemon with Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Nasty Plot, etc. it helps out cause you just set up because the first poke is always a pushover
