Castform
Swablu
Porygon2

And with that, I (Finally) end the slate. I'm going to try and get back onto this, instead of just brushing past it.

Winners are:

Castform
Name: Forecastle (Forecast + castle)
Types: Ground
BST: 90 / 70 / 70 / 110 / 70 / 110 (520)
Abilities: Prognosis (Forecast clone) - Changes into Steel on Hail, Rock on Sunlight, Grass on Rain.
New Learnset: Nature Power, Secret Power, Earth Power, Flash Cannon, Ancient Power, Power Gem, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Volt Switch, Ingrain
Justification/Niche: Instead of utilizing the weather for its own use, Forecastle is designed to become a type that checks the weather users. Your team has problems against Rain teams? Forecastle-Rainy will resist Water and Electric moves. You're up against Alolan Ninetales? Steel STAB is going to take care of it. Megazard-Y is about to sweep your team? I mean it probably will still sweep it because of Solar Beam but... whatever.
Sample sets:
Anti-Rain special attacker
Forecastle @ Life Orb
Ability: Prognosis
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Energy Ball / Giga Drain
- Volt Switch
- Hurricane
- Earth Power

Anti-Chlorophyll
Forecastle @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Prognosis
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Power Gem
- Volt Switch
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power

Name: Forecont (Forecast + contaminated)
Types: Poison
BST: 90 / 70 / 110 / 70 / 110 / 70 (520)
Abilities: Terrain Projection (Forecast clone) - Changes into Electric on Electric Terrain, Grass on Grassy Terrain, Fairy on Misty Terrain and Psychic on Psychic Terrain.
New Learnset: Nature Power, Secret Power, Recover, Acid Spray, Clear Smog, Sludge Bomb, Electric Terrain, Volt Switch, Grassy Terrain, Giga Drain, Leech Seed, Misty Terrain, Play Rough, Dazzling Gleam, Psychic Terrain, Psychic, Psyshock, Reflect, Light Screen
Justification/Niche: Instead of being based on weather, this Castform evolution changes type based on terrains.
Sample sets:
Koko/Lele Support
Forechem @ Leftovers
Ability: Terrain Projection
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Leech Seed / Toxic
- Defog / Clear Smog
- Recover

Name: Foreclass (Forecast + classy/classic)
Types: Normal
BST: 70 / 70 / 70 / 110 / 90 / 110 (520)
Abilities: Forecast
New Learnset: Nature Power, Secret Power, Recover, Volt Switch, Synchronoise, Focus Blast
Justification/Niche: The logical Castform evolution. Works just like Castform.
Sample sets:
Zard-Y Cleaner
Foreclass @ Life Orb
Ability: Forecast
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt / Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast
- Solar Beam

Swablu

Swablu eeveelutions:
Name: Altfairia (Altaria + fairy)
Types:
/

BST: 70 / 70 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 80
Abilities: Natural Cure, Serene Grace
New Learnset: Hurricane, Air Slash, Brave Bird, Calm Mind
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Altaria is Dragon/Flying with a Dragon/Fairy Mega, so Altfairia is Dragon/Fairy with a Dragon/Flying Mega :P Its special attack and special defense are just usable but the Mega is somewhat better.
==========
Name: Altfairia-Mega
Types:
/

BST: 70 / 75 / 90 / 115 / 140 / 100 (+5 Atk, +15 Def, +25 SpA, +35 SpD, +20 Spe)
Abilities: Aerilate
Justification/Niche: While it loses the better Dragon/Fairy typing, Altfairia-Mega has high special bulk and special attack along with Aerilate-boosted Hyper Voices. Pretty much a non-Ubers special-attacking Mega Salamence.

Name: Altscaria (Altaria + scary)
Types:
/

BST: 70 / 105 / 80 / 70 / 75 / 90
Abilities: Levitate, Magic Guard
New Learnset: Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Curse, Destiny Bond, Hex, Night Shade, Nightmare, Phantom Force, Shadow Sneak, Scary Face
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Has a usable attack stat but low bulk. Use the Mega.
==========
Name: Altscaria-Mega
Types:
/

BST: 70 / 135 / 95 / 75 / 95 / 115 (+30 Atk, +15 Def, +5 SpA, +20 SpD, +25 Spe)
Abilities: Spiritize (Ghost-type Galvanize clone)
Justification/Niche: Strong and fast physical attacker with decent bulk. Spiritize gives it stronger physical Ghost-type STAB options, and Altscaria-Mega can become a great physical sweeper with Dragon Dance. Its STAB combination is only resisted by a small handful of Pokemon, and they can be hit hard with Earthquake.

Name: Altflaria (Altaria + flare)
Types:
/

BST: 70 / 70 / 75 / 90 / 80 / 105
Abilities: Flash Fire, Drought
New Learnset: Fiery Dance, Fire Lash, Flare Blitz, Fire Spin, Mystical Fire, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Calm Mind
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Sets up sun and has good speed, but its special attack stat needs more than the sun to really be effective. Mega-evolve to take the most advantage of the sun Altflaria has just set.
==========
Name: Altflaria-Mega
Types:
/

BST: 70 / 85 / 80 / 115 / 100 / 135 (+15 Atk, +5 Def, +25 SpA, +20 SpD, +30 Spe)
Abilities: Pyrotize (Fire-type Galvanize clone)
Justification/Niche: Altflaria-Mega is very fast with a usable special attack stat. Under the sun, its Pyrotize-boosted Hyper Voices can actually be quite powerful while it outspeeds even Tapu Koko and Ash-Greninja. However, beware of Stealth Rock and Earthquakes, as its physical bulk is mediocre.

Name: Altglaria (Altaria + glare)
Types:
/

BST: 80 / 105 / 70 / 75 / 70 / 90
Abilities: Prankster, Moxie
New Learnset: Dark Pulse, Feint Attack, Fling, Foul Play, Hone Claws, Knock Off, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Glare, Nasty Plot
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Could probably abuse Prankster status moves before Mega-evolving, as its attack stat is just usable.
==========
Name: Altglaria-Mega
Types:
/

BST: 80 / 130 / 100 / 80 / 90 / 105 (+25 Atk, +30 Def, +5 SpA, +20 SpD, +15 Spe)
Abilities: Eclipsate (Dark-type Pixilate clone)
Justification/Niche: Physical attacker with decent physical bulk and speed. Its Sucker Punches and Pursuits can pack a punch, though it has powerful Eclipsate-boosted Returns too. Struggles with Fairy-types, however.

Name: Altprairia (Altaria + prairie)
Types:
/

BST: 105 / 70 / 80 / 75 / 90 / 70
Abilities: Leaf Guard, Regenerator
New Learnset: Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Grass Whistle, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Leech Seed, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Sleep Powder, Solar Beam, Calm Mind
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification/Niche: Bulky Dragon/Grass-type with Roost, Leech Seed, and Regenerator to keep it alive. Sleep Powder can be used to put opposing non-Grass-types to sleep. However, Altprairia's type combination is defensively mediocre and its offensive stats make it passive.
==========
Name: Altprairia-Mega
Types:
/

BST: 105 / 75 / 110 / 90 / 115 / 90 (+5 Atk, +30 Def, +15 SpA, +25 SpD, +20 Spe)
Abilities: Prairiate (Grass-type Pixilate clone)
Justification/Niche: Altprairia loses Regenerator but its bulk has been increased. Its special attack is now usable but still rather passive, though Prairiate does give it strong Grass-type Hyper Voices.
Name: Altoxin (Altaria + toxin)
Types: Dragon/Poison

BST: 75/70/70/105/80/90
Abilities: Fluffy/Stench
New Learnset: Acid, Acid Spray, Belch, Clear Smog, Gastro Acid, Poison Gas, Smog, Venom Drench

Removed Move: Pluck
Justification/Niche: Swablu’s fluff becomes toxic clouds of smog. It has a lot of special attack and can either tank with Fluffy, or try flinch lock slower opponents.

==========
Name: Altoxin-Mega
Types: Dragon/Poison

BST: 75/70/100 (+ 30)/125 (+ 20)/100 (+ 20)/110 (+ 30)
Abilities: Contaminate (Poison –ate clone)
Justification/Niche: Contaminate with that speed and special attack is scary. At least steels wall it. It’s defences imrve too.

Porygon2

Name: Porygon3
Types: Electric
BST: 85 / 75 / 90 / 80 / 135 / 70
Abilities: Trace / Download / (Analytic)
New Learnset: -
Justification/Niche: The ''official'' upgrade of Porygon2. As his pre-evo, he's a wall. He got the same good ol' support movepool, better defensive stats and a better defensive type: electric. He has more or less the same niche as his pre-evolved form.
Sample sets: xx

Name: Porygon-X
Types: Dark
BST: 85 / 90 / 70 / 135 / 75 / 80
Abilities: Dark Aura / Download / (Analytic)
New Learnset: Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot, Parting Shot, Agility
Justification/Niche: Spam boosted-stabed-dark pulse ftw! With Porygon2's original excellent offensive coverage and more actual offensive power, porygon-X is a dangerous threat for anyone in front of him. He could also run a variety of sets using nasty plot, agility or choice items.
Sample sets: xx

Name: Porygon?
Types: Ghost
BST: 85 / 80 / 75 / 135 / 90 / 70
Abilities: Anomaly / Download / (Analytic)
-Anomaly: Upon switching, summon distortion for 5 turns.
New Learnset: Curse, Destiny Bond, Perish Song, Amnesia
Justification/Niche: This can place Distortion without wasting a turn. And it's strong. I don't have much else to say.
Sample sets: xx

Name: Porygon-A
Types: Ground
BST: 135 / 80 / 70 / 85 / 90 / 75
Abilities: Simulation A / Download / (Analytic)
-Simulation A: Upon switching, summon swamp for 4 turns.
New Learnset: Water Piedge, Grass Piedge, Muddy Water, Earthquake, Earth Power, Scald
Justification/Niche: Swamp have for effect to divide by 4 opponents' speed. Now, you can understand why this pokemon is interesting. THis pokemon is meant to support other offensive pokemon by getting them weaker and slower.

Name: Porygon-B
Types: Fire
BST: 75 / 80 / 135 / 85 / 90 / 70
Abilities: Simulation B / Download / (Analytic)
-Simulation B: Upon switching, summon fire sea for 4 turns.
New Learnset: Grass Piedge, Fire Piedge, Lava Plume, Solar Beam, Synthesis, Flamethrower
Justification/Niche: Fire sea inflict 1/8 of opponent's life for 4 turns. This ability is really interesting for a wall like Porygon-B, which can now stall his opponents while his opponents are literally burning in hell. This pokemon could have very intersting strategies involving his ability and his excellent movepool to give support to the team.
Sample sets: xx

Name: Porygon-C
Types: Fairy
BST: 70 / 80 / 75 / 85 / 90 / 135
Abilities: Simulation C / Download / (Analytic)
-Simulation C: Upon switching, summon rainbow for 4 turns.
New Learnset: Fire Piedge, Water Piedge, Tail Wind, Dazzling Gleam, Spikes, Parting Shot
Justification/Niche: Rainbow acts like if you added Serene Grace to all your pokemons for 4 turns. Even if this ability is less overpowered than A and B, Porygon-C still has an intersting niche of bulky support. With Spikes, Parting Shot, Recover and Dazzling Gleam (or maybe Ice Beam to try to freeze your opponents), Porygon-C could easily be one of the best support pokemons of the game.
Sample sets: xx
Name: Porygon-III (another way of saying 3)
Types: Bug
BST: 70/85/75/135/80/90
Abilities: Tinted Lens / Compound Eyes / Download

Removed Move: Uproar
New Learnset: Attack Order, Bug bite, Bug Buzz, Fell Stinger, Fury Cutter, Infestation, Leech Life, Pin Missile, Quiver Dance, Silver Wind, Struggle Bug, X-Scissor
Justification/Niche: Porygon2 got extra buggy when they tried to upgrade it. On the plus side, Its special attack is very big with either better accuracy or resistance reduction to help that out. Or it can just stick with Download.
I'll announce the next slate shortly (as in, in the next hour)

It has been a long hour. Either way, I'm going to be using Flurbel's slate idea.

Semi-Psuedo Dragons

Fraxure's evolutions must have
as their primary typing, their names should contain "Ax" somewhere and they must use the stats (In any order) of: 76, 147, 90, 60, 70 and 97

Vibrava's evolutions must have
as their secondary typing, their names should contain some form of bug (It can be part of the name, or the whole) somewhere and they must use the stats of: 80, 100, 80, 80, 80 and 100 in any order.

Destroyer of Worlds
is a Contributor Alumnus
Name: Gearfly (Gear + Gadfly)
Types: Dragon / Steel
BST: 80 / 100 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 100
Abilities: Sturdy/Light Metal/Gear Down (Raises Atk and decreases Speed when its stats are increased)
New Learnset: Gear Grind, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Magnet Rise, Shift Gear
Justification/Niche: Flygon’s 100/100 offenses are pretty mediocre, even after a Dragon Dance boost. Gearfly’s Steel/Dragon typing gives it more opportunities to set up, and Shift Gear helps make up for Gearfly’s poor stats. Gear Down lets Gearfly get a bigger attack boost from shift gear, while Sturdy helps guarantee a Shift Gear.
Sample sets:
Shift Gear
Gearfly @ Life Orb/Dragonium Z
Ability: Gear Down/Sturdy
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
Moves:
Shift Gear
Gear Grind/Iron Head
Dragon Claw/Outrage
Earthquake

Name: Shadowfly
Types: Dragon / Dark
Stats: 80 / 80 / 100 / 80 / 80 / 100
Abilities: Infiltrator / Prankster
New Moves: Fake Out, Foul Play, Haze, Memento, Parting Shot, Taunt, Torment, Trick
Removed Moves: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Stone Edge
Justification/Niche: Prankster Support Mon.
Sample sets:

Support
Darkgon @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
Nature: Bold
Taunt/Haze
Roost
Foul Play
Parting Shot/Toxic

Name: Haxocean
Types: Dragon / Water
Stats: 70 / 97 / 147 / 60 / 76 / 90
Abilities: Water Absorb / Rain Dish / Guts
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Blizzard, Haze, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Recover, Scald, Waterfall
Removed Moves: Grass Knot, Sunny Day
Justification/Niche: Water/Dragon is a great defensive typing. Compared to other physical walls like Skarmory and Toxapex, Haxocean has enough attack to threaten other Pokemon, especially if it has a Guts or Attack boost and an untauntable phasing move, in exchange for not having Hazards or Defog.
Sample sets:

Physical Wall
Haxocean @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP/ 4 Atk / 252 Def
Nature: Impish
Recover
Dragon Tail/Haze/Roar
Toxic
Waterfall/Aqua Jet/Taunt

Dragon Dance
Haxocean @ Flame Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Nature: Jolly
Dragon Dance
Waterfall
Outrage/Dragon Claw
Recover/Poison Jab/Taunt/Aqua Jet

Haxocean's great physical bulk, combined with guts and recovery, allows it to set up on Pokemon that can't threaten it. A jolly nature and maximum speed and attack are chosen to maximize Haxocean's mediocre attack stats, although a bulkier spread can be used to get more boosts. Dragon Dance boosts Haxocean's attack and speed, and waterfall and outrage are the STABs of choice. Recover allows Haxocean to heal off damage to get more boosts, while Poison Jab hits fairies such as Tapu Bulu. Taunt can be used to shut down walls and other setup sweepers.

Fraxure eeveelutions:
Magnaxis (magnet + axis)
/

Abilities: Levitate / Iron Barbs / Magnet Pull

HP: 90
Atk: 147
Def: 97
SpA: 60
SpD: 70
Spe: 76
BST: 540

'New' Moves - Fire Punch, Flash Cannon, Heavy Slam, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Magnet Bomb, Magnet Rise, Magnetic Flux, Metal Burst, Metal Claw, Metal Sound, Meteor Mash, Mirror Shot, Spikes, Stealth Rock
'Removed' Moves - N/A
Competitive - Powerful physically attacking Steel-type trapper, can remove them with Earthquake or Fire Punch. Its Dragon-typing means it isn't as afraid of Fire-type attacks as Magnezone is, so it could potentially even trap Heatran not running Earth Power, which an Air Balloon could help with. Magnaxis can also set Stealth Rock or Spikes and boost with Dragon Dance and Swords Dance, allowing it to potentially serve multiple roles on a team. Its Steel-typing makes it neutral to Fairy-type moves coming from Pokemon like the Tapus while being able to hit back hard with its Steel-type STAB moves. However, its main weaknesses are its lack of reliable recovery, its exploitable lower special bulk, and its awkward speed tier.
Sample Set:
Magnaxis @ Life Orb / Air Balloon
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Meteor Mash / Heavy Slam (did I mention it weighs 500+ lbs?)
- Fire Punch / Earthquake
- Outrage
- Hazard setting move / boosting move

Draxidos (dragon + acid)
/

Abilities: Poison Point / Natural Cure / Corrosion

HP: 147
Atk: 60
Def: 97
SpA: 76
SpD: 90
Spe: 70
BST: 540

'New' Moves - Acid, Acid Armor, Acid Spray, Baneful Bunker, Clear Smog, Gunk Shot, Poison Tail, Purify, Recover, Sludge, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Venoshock
'Removed' Moves - Swords Dance, Superpower
Competitive - Draxidos is a very bulky Pokemon with a decent defensive typing and reliable recovery. It can use Natural Cure to act as a status sponge while not fearing Toxic anyway, or Corrosion to inflict Toxic on Poison-types and Steel-types like Toxapex, Heatran, Celesteela, and Ferrothorn. Clear Smog can be used to stop set up sweepers. It can set Toxic Spikes and absorb them as well, and it can use Acid Spray to attempt forcing switches or Dragon Tail to cause switches. While it has many positives, Draxidos is quite passive and can't do much to opposing Steel-types outside of Toxic. It is also vulnerable to Taunt, has trouble dealing with Substitute users, and can potentially be trapped by Pokemon like Magma Storm Heatran.
Sample Set:
Draxidos @ Black Sludge
Ability: Natural Cure / Corrosion
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
IVs: 0 Atk
Bold / Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Toxic Spikes / Clear Smog
- Clear Smog / Acid Spray / Dragon Tail
- Recover

Axplosion (ax + explosion)

Abilities: Flash Fire / Solar Power / Pyrotize (Fire-type -ate)

HP: 76
Atk: 97
Def: 60
SpA: 90
SpD: 70
Spe: 147
BST: 540

'New' Moves - Burn Up, Ember, Eruption, Explosion, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Hyper Voice, Lava Plume, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
'Removed' Moves - Aqua Tail, Surf
Competitive - Axplosion is blazing fast with usable offensive stats, which can be boosted further with Swords Dance or Dragon Dance. Dragon/Fire coverage hits almost everything neutrally, with Earthquake rounding it out well. Pyrotize can be used to provide strong Fire-type Returns and Explosion, potentially preventing hazards from being set up in Axplosion's face. However, it is very frail and does not have immediate offensive presence.
Sample Set:
Axplosion @ Life Orb / Flame Plate
Ability: Pyrotize
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance / Dragon Dance
- Outrage / Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Return / Explosion

Elaxtrical (electrical + ax)
/

Abilities: Motor Drive / Lightningrod / Galvanize

HP: 70
Atk: 60
Def: 76
SpA: 147
SpD: 90
Spe: 97
BST: 540

'New' Moves - Charge, Charge Beam, Discharge, Earth Power, Electric Terrain, Electro Ball, Electroweb, Flamethrower, Hyper Voice, Magnet Rise, Parabolic Charge, Spark, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Zap Cannon
'Removed' Moves - N/A
Competitive - Powerful special attacker with good speed. Elaxtrical has access to Galvanized Hyper Voices and Draco Meteors which hit incredibly hard off its special attack stat, along with great coverage options in Earth Power and Flamethrower. Its Electric-type STAB is terrifying under Electric Terrain, with Hyper Voice hitting through Substitutes too. Elaxtrical's main weaknesses are its exploitable bulk, especially on the physical side, as well as its weaknesses to Ground and Fairy.
Sample Set:
Elaxtrical @ Choice Specs
Ability: Galvanize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest / Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Draco Meteor
- Earth Power
- Flamethrower

BST: 520

'New' Moves - Flare Blitz, Nasty Plot, Overheat, Refresh, Will-O-Wisp
'Removed' Moves - N/A
Competitive - Has decent bulk with reliable recovery in Roost and several ways to boost. Dragon Dance can be used on physical sets while Nasty Plot can be used on special sets, and it has all the coverage it needs with Fire/Dragon/Ground attacks. Overall versatile, though not amazing in any one set.
Sample Set:
Pyroach @ Leftovers

'Removed' Moves - Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Solar Beam, Thunder Punch, Superpower
Competitive - Specially offensive with a great ability in Spiritize, allowing it to spam boosted Ghost-type Boombursts which can be boosted further with Nasty Plot. Draco Meteor can hit the Normal-types that switch into Boomburst, but beware of Normal/Fairy types that are immune to both STAB moves.
Sample Set:
Phantasmadid @ Life Orb

/

Abilities: Flash Fire / Solar Power / Pyrotize (Fire-type -ate)

HP: 76
Atk: 97
Def: 60
SpA: 90
SpD: 70
Spe: 147
BST: 540

'New' Moves - Burn Up, Earthquake, Ember, Eruption, Explosion, Fire Blast, Fire Punch, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Hyper Voice, Lava Plume, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
'Removed' Moves - Aqua Tail
Competitive - Axplosion is blazing fast with usable offensive stats, which can be boosted further with Swords Dance or Dragon Dance. Dragon/Fire coverage hits almost everything neutrally, with Earthquake rounding it out well. Pyrotize can be used to provide strong Fire-type Returns and Explosion, potentially preventing hazards from being set up in Axplosion's face. However, it is very frail and does not have immediate offensive presence.
Sample Set:
Axplosion @ Life Orb / Flame Plate
Ability: Pyrotize
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance / Dragon Dance
- Outrage / Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Return / Explosion

Elaxtrical (electrical + ax)
/

Abilities: Motor Drive / Lightningrod / Galvanize

HP: 70
Atk: 60
Def: 76
SpA: 147
SpD: 90
Spe: 97
BST: 540

'New' Moves - Charge, Charge Beam, Discharge, Earthquake, Earth Power, Electric Terrain, Electro Ball, Electroweb, Flamethrower, Hyper Voice, Magnet Rise, Parabolic Charge, Spark, Thunder, Thunder Punch, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch, Wild Charge, Zap Cannon
Haxorus already gets Earthquake

Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor

Name: Moontis (Moon + Mantis)
Types:

Stats: 80 / 80 / 80 / 100 / 80 / 100
Abilities: Pixieproof* / Terrain Removal* | Technician
(Pixieproof: Any Fairy-type moves used on this Pokémon with this Ability will be bounced back to the user of those moves.)
(Terrain Removal: On switch-in, remove any Terrains. Removing Electric Terrain gives +1 Speed, Grass Terrain gives +1 Attack, Psychic Terrain gives +1 Special Attack and Mist Terrain gives +1 Special Defense.)
New Moves: Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Draining Kiss, Aura Sphere, Psyshock, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Ancient Power, Misty Terrain, Charm, Recover, Moonlight, Flash Cannon, Heal Bell, Parting Shot, Defog
(Italic = Shared with Flygon)
Justification/Niche: Terrain tend to dominate the OU metagame, and pretty much every single OU-based Pet Mods. Moontis, with the Terrain Removal, will be able to use Choice Scarf to pivot into any Tapu and retreat ASAP with Parting Shot, or do other conventional methods, such as Nasty Plot sweeper, Technician + Draining Kiss, Anti-Fairy with Pixieproof, and support with Heal Bell and Defog.

Name: Braxster (Blaster + Ax)
Types:

Stats: 76 / 60 / 70 / 147 / 90 / 97
Abilities: Pixieproof* / Mega Launcher | No Guard
(Pixieproof: Any Fairy-type moves used on this Pokémon with this Ability will be bounced back to the user of those moves.)
New Moves: Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Surf, Scald, Hydro Pump, Dark Pulse, Heal Pulse, Psyshock, Sludge Bomb, Flash Cannon, Agility, Signal Beam, Earth Power, Dazzling Gleam, Giga Drain, Mat Block, Parting Shot, Inferno, Zap Cannon
(Focus Blast is shared with Haxorus)
Justification/Niche: Since Goopsyche is a physical Psychic/Dragon threat, why not making Braxster a special Fighting/Dragon threat? Choice Scarf or Agility for fast sweeping, Nasty Plot for wallbreaking, and multiple coverage moves available. Pixieproof if you want to intimidate the Tapus (not recommended against Tapu Lele unless if you expect it to switch-in first), Mega Launcher to boost Aura Sphere and Dark Pulse, and No Guard to make Focus Blast, Inferno and Zap Cannon pretty deadly. Downside is that it cannot go faster without resorting to sacrifice a moveslot for Agility or being forced to use Choice Scarf, and it is not safe from Priority moves.

Haxodon (Hax [from Haxorus] + Don [Greek for tooth, cause it's supposed to be like a shark or a prehistoric sea reptile, the "o" is just default])

HP: 97
Atk: 147
Def: 76
SpA: 60

'New' Moves - Waterfall, Liquidation, Aqua Jet, Elemental Fangs, Rain Dance, Scald, Hydro Pump, Surf, Dive.
'Removed' Moves - Shadow Claw, Dragon Claw Superpower.
Competitive - Use it either as a Swift Swim SD sweeper or abuse its new coverage options on the elemental fangs with Stronk Jaw, it doesn't really mind, is still a great wallbreaker, either at UU or OU.
Sample Sets: 2 lazy for making them now :p

Raxptor (Axe + Raptor [conmonly associated to Velociraptors and other stuff])

formerly Ticktock
I'M BACK! (maybe)

Name: Quant (Queen + Ant)
Types:

Stats: 100 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 100
Abilities: Queenly Majesty / Intimidate | Queen's Orders*
(Queen's Orders: Increases Attack, Defense, Special Attack, and Special Defense by 20%. In addition, Defend Order will give +2 Defense and Special Defense, Heal Order heals the user by 66% of its max HP, and Attack Order will have +2 to its Critical Hit ratio. This only works on Quant and Vespiquen.)
New Moves: Defend Order, Heal Order, Attack Order, Fell Stinger, Infestation, Leech Life, Pin Missile, Quiver Dance, Dragon Dance, Dragon Rush, Dragon Claw, Beat Up, Fly, Psychic, Taunt, Energy Ball,
Justification/Niche: Well, pretty generic name, but its pretty versitile thanks to Queen's Orders. Basically, its a much better version of Vespiquen (that also would get the ability, but we won't go there yet), with much higher stats thanks to its ability. Even then, it was also design to make the Order moves become a bit more reliable, especially considering Attack Order is the 2nd best Physical Bug move in the game, and even it gets Bug Buzz to make it up. Oh yeah, it's average stats are just right to make Queen's Orders not OP

Fraxure evos:

Name: Haxchet (Hatchet + ax)

Types: Dragon/Steel

Stats: 90/97/147/60/76/70

Abilities: Iron Barbs/Bulletproof/Battle Armor

New Moves: Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Metal Burst, Metal Claw, Meteor Mash

Removed Moves: Rock Slide

Justification/Niche: Fraxure’s plates become real steel and its spikes go further, becoming true axe blades. It now does better against fairies and has some great defensive abilities tol help it act as a physical wall.

Name: Decaxitate (Decapitate + ax)

Types: Dragon/Fighting

Stats: 90/147/97/70/60/76

Abilities: Battle Armor/Tough Claws/Moxie

New Moves: Arm Thrust, Bulk Up, Circle Throw, Close Combat, Cross Chop, Double Kick, Dynamic Punch, Focus Punch, Low Sweep, Mach Punch, power-Up Punch, Revenge, Rock Smash, Sacred Sword, Sky Uppercut, Storm Throw, Submission, Vital Throw, Wake-Up Slap

Removed Moves: Rock Slide

Justification/Niche: Fraxure bulks up its muscles and it uses its spikes like an axe-wielding barbarian. While it fears fairies even more, it can protect itself from crits, or use an offensive ability to compliment its huge attack stat.

Name: Axassin (Ax + assassin)

Types: Dragon/Poison

Stats: 60/97/70/90/76/147

Abilities: Sniper/Poison Touch/Merciless

New Moves: Belch, Coil, Cross Poison, Gunk Shot, Poison Fang, Poison Gas, Poison Sting, Poison Tail, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Venoshock

Removed Moves: Rock Slide

Justification/Niche: Fraxure’s spikes become venomous and it becomes a stalking ninja assassin. Merciless Venoshock will hurt and that speed makes revenge-killing harder. The typing also helps with Fairies. Alternatively, you can simply spread poison or fish for crits.

Name: Axoskeleton (Ax + exoskeleton)

Types: Dragon/Bug

Stats: 90/60/147/70/97/76

Abilities: Shed Skin/Shell Armor/Shield Dust

New Moves: Bug Bite, Fell Stinger, Fury Cutter, Leech Life, Megahorn, Pin Missile, U-Turn

Removed Moves: Rock Slide

Justification/Niche: Fraxure’s plates become chitin and its limbs become more spindly and insect-like. It has some defensive abilities to compliment its stat spread, though it unfortunately gains weaknesses to Rock and Flying.

Name: Stalaxmite (Stalagmite + ax)

Types: Dragon/Rock

Stats: 147/76/97/70/90/60

Abilities: Rough Skin/Solid Rock/Intimidate

New Moves: Head Smash, Rock Polish, Rock Throw, Rock Wrecker, Sandstorm, Smack Down, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Wide Guard

Justification/Niche: Fraxure becomes a stone, spiky gargoyle. Solid Rock eliminates its weaknesses to create a nice wall. Intimidate and Rough Skin can similarly help with walling in other ways.

Vibrava evos:

Name: Dragonflyrm (Dragonfly + wyrm)

Types: Bug/Dragon

Stats: 80/80/80/80/100/100

Abilities: Swarm/Compound Eyes/Tinted Lens

New Moves: Fell Stinger, Infestation, Leech Life, Megahorn, Pin Missile, Quiver Dance, Siler Wind, Steamroller, Sticky Web, String Shot, Struggle Bug, X-Scissor

Removed Moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Dragon Rush, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Brutal Swing, Stone Edge

Justification/Niche: Vibrava embraces its bug-like nature with translucent wings and long antennae, becoming even more like a dragonfly. High speed and offensive abilities will help for sweeping though its offensive stats aren’t amazing and are more designed to survive a special attack.

Name: Flutterfly (Flutter + butterfly)

Types: Flying/Dragon

Stats: 80/80/80/100/80/100

Abilities: Air Current (sets Mysterious Air Current)/Gale Wings/Persistent (Lowering stats raises speed. Clone of Competitive/Defiant)

New Moves: Acrobatics, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Hurricane

Removed Moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Dragon Rush, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Brutal Swing, Stone Edge

Justification/Niche: Vibrava’s wings grow larger and more articulate. Now it can act more like a special sweeper. Air Current makes it into mini-mega-rayquaza, or it can go for speed with its other abilities.

Name: Phantomidge (Phantom + midge)

Types: Ghost/Dragon

Stats: 80/80/80/100/100/80

Abilities: Prankster/Irritant (Torments on contact. Poison touch clone)/Filter

New Moves: Will-o-Wisp, Astonish, Curse, Grudge, Hex, Nightshade, Nightmare, Ominous Wind, Phantom Force, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Shadow Force, Shadow Sneak, Spite

Removed Moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Dragon Rush, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Stone Edge

Justification/Niche: Vibrava becomes translucent and insubstantial, entering the spirit realm. Two of its abilities are good for annoying and setting up and its special defense aids with that. Alternatively, you can remove its weakness to take full advantage of its special defense to act as a wall.

Name: Bedbugon (Bedbug + dragon)

Types: Dark/Dragon

Stats: 80/100/80/80/100/80

Abilities: Prankster/Merciless/Vampire (boosts draining moves as if holding a Big Root)

New Moves: Assurance, Beat Up, Dark Pulse, Fling, Foul Play, Knock Off, Nasty Plot, Parting Shot, Payback, Power Trip, Punishment, Pursuit, Snarl, Snatch, Sucker Punch, Switcheroo, Taunt, Thief, Torment, Leech Life

Removed Moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Dragon Rush, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Stone Edge

Justification/Niche: Vibrava remembers it time as a trapper and fully explores dirty fighting. It may fear fairies, but its abilities help to annoy. Or it can get a third pseudo-STAB with sustain in Leech Life.

Name: Facewing (Fae + lacewing)

Types: Fairy/Dragon

Stats: 100/80/80/80/100/80

Abilities: Shield Dust/Magic Guard/Prankster

New Moves: Charm, Dazzling Gleam, Disarming Voice, Fairy Wind, Misty Terrain, Moonlight

Removed Moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Dragon Rush, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Brutal Swing, Stone Edge

Justification/Niche: Vibrava absorbs sunlight and shines with many, mystical colours, becoming a fairy. Its abilities compliment its tying to act defensively, or in a supportive role. It has a lot of hp and special attack to get through too.
