Electivire New Move?

I was reading a in guide to platinum on psypoke when it said that volkners electivire can use swords dance http://www.psypokes.com/platinum/gymelites2.php. Did psypoke make a mistake or can electivire really learn swords dance now?

wow that would certainly make him not suck... but there have been illegal moves on NPCs before, iirc lance had a rock slide aerodactyl in GSC or something

Posting in a locked thread to add that I was intrigued enough to test this by using a Ditto against Volkner's Electivire in the Survival Area. The actual moveset is Thunderpunch/Fire Punch/Giga Impact/Brick Break. It's just a mistake on Psypokes.
