Welcome! First time on smogon or first time ever?

Heya! First time on Smogon. I've played some on a german forum and some werewolf irl, but that's it, and from a glance both were very culturally different (the germans love to write novels on forums and dont play with any investigating roles irl) and this is my first time playing the game in english (im not native in english, though i think that won't be too much of an issue)

the mafia night kill action actually revolves around having to vote whoever you want to kill...

Well personally I have no idea how the mafia kills, I and I assume everyone else is just guessing. unless this is actually you telling us how you and your scum buddies need us to play

But yeah, as far as I know right know there seems to be a heavy emphasis on votes having another effect than just the day kill. Maybe maf need to stack X votes on someone and then they can kill at them at night idk

its surely not a setup that both doesnt have scumchat and allows the vote wagonomics to discover every single mafia member (which would be the result of death = mafia vote majority or similar structures

I agree with this sentiment anyway, but I think you may be onto something here. Either that or the exact opposite where only clean players can get killed. Though if everyone gets a vote then mafia couldn’t NK so probably more likely to be what you said
