yes, I protect from everything and not just kills. This is why I'm open to pulsar's role also existing since we seem fundamentally pretty different (My protection is stronger, but has a downside to it)

Miyami claimed Omniguard that negates vote next phase, Pulsar claimed Doc that protects from NK and the day elimination following the night it's used

Can't answer that without full claiming, my role is not better than yours, it's completely different as far as protective goes
