Swift+Zap Cannon
[Check at start of round] IF E-26 is to use a Protective move targeting E-26 on any step AND A-27 is to use a Protective move targeting A-27 on any step, THEN replace Swift+Zap Cannon with Dragon Dance and ignore all other subs for the rest of the round.
[Check at start of round] IF any opponent is to target E-26 with a Protective move on any step, THEN replace Swift+Zap Cannon with High Horsepower (A-27) and ignore your third sub for the rest of the round.

Multiscale gives both Defense Aid and Bonus Proof, so Dragon Tail shouldn't get the +3 from LO, meaning it only does 14 damage.
