ORAS OU Error 404: Loss Not Found

Hey guys. I'm not a very well known player on Showdown or on Smogon for that matter. Nonetheless, it hasn't stopped me from competing nor making teams. I probably should say that I haven't played in at least a year or so and have just recently gotten back into the swing of things. I decided to make a team earlier this week and it's worked wonders for me. I haven't experienced any losses yet...
However, I'm still at the lower end of the ladder as my account reset god knows when in the past year. But enough of that, here's the team.

Alright, so I decided to start my team with a Ferrothorn because who the hell doesn't want
a tank that punishes the attackers. This is a standard specially defensive Ferro, who not only surprises attackers with a rocky helmet, but also tanks special hits from Raikou and the like. Seeds to gain health, obvious SR, Protect and Gyro Ball to screw around with taunters.
Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 66 Def / 190 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Leech Seed
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Protect

I had always heard about "team cores" but never paid much attention to them. But I decided to make one for this team. I knew that Ferrothorn was vulnerable to Fire and Fighting type attacks, so I was like "Aye, Rotom... Join this bomb-ass team, yeah?
Anyways, onto the set. This Rotom is made to TANK. Talonflame doesn't stand a CHANCE again'st this wonderful son-of-a-gun. Hydro Pump for some nice damage, T-Wave to slow down potential threats, Volt-Switch to get the fuck outta there, and HP Fire to surprise the unsuspecting victim.
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder Wave
- Volt Switch
- Hidden Power [Fire]
At this point it was really hard to decide whether or not to make this a full-on Great Wall-o-China team but in the end I decided not to. Cores usually consist of two or three pokemans and I wanted to make this core as efficient and effective as possible so I would hope that it's not a surprise to you guys when I picked Clefable as the third member to this bomb core. (get it?)
THE SET: So... we need to make this Clefable as disgustingly compatible with the other members of the squad as possible. I decided to run a Wish+Protect set (with Unaware to brush off set-ups), seeing as how Ferrothorn needs some healf after a couple hits. Flamethrower for coverage and Moonblast for dat nice STAB. EV's designed to eat a Mega-Scizor Bullet Punch (Bullets not included, Do not try at home.)
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Flamethrower
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect

Now, you may have noticed that the team lacks any attackers. Worry not young one for Staraptor joins the fun.
I CANNOT begin to describe the joy I get when this absolute MONSTER steps onto the field. I feel that this set should be included on every team.
Let's start with the set.
Scarf or nothing, that's it. This allows Staraptor to outspeed everything on the field.
Lets couple that with max attack and max speed with adamant nature and boom, you've crafted a nuclear bomb.
Seriously.
All you need to add now is Reckless, Brave-Bird, U-turn, Double-Edge, and CC.
Staraptor @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Double-Edge
- U-turn
- Close Combat

Another one.
Lets add Bisharp.
Just because.
Not because of the fact that NO ONE expects a sashed Bisharp with Knock-Off, Sucker-Punch, Iron-Head, and Low Kick.
Not because of the enormous 383 attack stat plus boosted Knock-Off or Sucker-Punch with priority.
Not because Bisharp is a total bad-ass.
No, no reason at all.
We just want a Bisharp.
Bisharp @ Focus Sash
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Sucker Punch
- Low Kick

And finally.
Latias.
This pokemon was essential because I realized I didn't have a defogger. Nor did I have a check to Poison types or raging Dragon types.
Latias provides great overall synergy to the team and packs a punch with Draco Meteor and Psyshock.
Her speed is quite high in the OU tier and outspeeds many opponents.
Roost provides necessary regenerative powers in order to properly run this set.
To top it off we just add a Life Orb and ta-da!
SATAN IN THE FORM OF A DRAGON HAS APPEARED
Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 148 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Roost
- Psyshock

Leave a comment with HELPFUL comments please and feel free to point out mistakes or utter failures on my part!

Alright, so your team gets worked by Magnezone and Zard X, because of this I would suggest replacing Bisharp with Scarf Lando-T. Your team isn't very weak to psychic types or fairies so you won't really be losing anything. This will also give you a way to check Zard X and Magnezone. I would also suggest using SD Talonflame over Staraptor as Talonflame can do pretty much everything that Staraptor can do while providing you with nice fire coverage, instead of Clefable having to do it. After the Talon switch, I would suggest switching Clefable to the Magic Guard + Calm Mind set. This will give you a nice, reliable wincon. :3 This is my first time rating, so I'm sorry if it seems a bit scattered.

Talonflame @ Sharp Beak
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Swords Dance
- Roost

Landorus-Therian @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off / Superpower <- Just in case you don't like losing CC on Staraptor. cx
- U-turn

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 172 Def / 84 SpD
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave / Flamethrower <- Just a little more fire coverage, if you would like.

Yo Hostel. Thanks A LOT. I'm definitely gonna change my Clefable set as its run into a lot of close calls lately.

However, I do tend to prefer Staraptor over Talonflame because not many Pokémon resist the STAB Double-Edge. Whereas with Talonflame I may end up encountering a Pokemon resisting either one of my STAB Flare Blitz or B-Birds. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't T-flame's dual typing make it 4x weak to SR? Whereas with Staraptor it's only 2x? Plus, CC is there to fuck up Magnezone (where is this bitch-ass Pokémon at, haven't seen him around.)

If I kept Staraptor and added Lando I would have a redundant duo. I personally like running the sashed Bisharp to lure out potential threats (Azumarill, other scarfers, and pesky set ups whilst Clefable has perished) and KO them with either of the STAB moves.

Thanks for the rate bud. Keep it up bro. You know your shit lol.
I've seen some "pro-raters" also include stats and calcs, so if in the future you have a burning desire to change a team keep that in mind (who knows? Math might just be the determining factor in helping a steadfast dumbass like me realize the help he's getting ).

If you need compelling calcs
252+ Atk Landorus T Earthquake v 160+ Def/252 Hp Charizard X 78.3-92.2% Guaranteed OHKO after rocks. Heatran doesn't take an EQ, Magnets hate EQ, Excadrill shouldn't even be in, so this Landorus switch is highly advised actually. But definitely make it adamant because it will miss the charizard OHKO otherwise. Oh and you either have to remove Rotom or Bisharp for this Lando. I would also advise will o wisp on Rotom if you keep it, over T-Wave to help weaken physical attacks. I don't know if you run into it, but Rocks will break your sash if you don't lead Bisharp or kill the rocker. Then Azumarill baiting goes wrong and next thing you know, you got a +6 aqua jetter on your hands.

Good man, I have seen the team and I was wondering if you do well to not hold a mega. You must be very careful iamgino me. I congratulate you on the Staraptor, for years has always been one of my favorite pokemon and bumps are causing pain. While it is true that I would agree to try Landorus-T instead of Bisharp defense, for example. Seeing that you have a Ferrothorn, I would use and change Stealth Rock and Spikes Landorus-T to Ferrothorn. And speaking of this, also add Powder Whip. If you prefer to Rocky Helmet for damage and knock your two stab. Otherwise the Protect with Leftovers income equal. Let the Clefable. Here is little to add, as I have already mentioned. As you might mention just digging a hole and try to Gyarados-Mega on site Rotom-W. It is true that this is the most used and well it goes. It's just a tip, also makes good core with Ferro + LANDOT. The skill is very useful and will help you take your annoying things. Overall the team is fine, maybe just a few small changes and ready. No I'm good around here helping people with their computers. I hope to go slowly releasing. And hopefully it will go well with the team if you test the proposed changes and you people.
