Kitsunoh quickly locks Aerza out of all the moves she wanted to use this round, forcing her to struggle repeatedly while Shadow Man gets a lick in and then makes a little shield for next round. Surprisingly enough the matchup is still relatively even, but perhaps now that he's set up Shadow Man can take charge! Or will Aerza pull off a comeback?

Yet again a round where not much happens, this time it's Aerza who gets the drop on Shadow Man with a timely Magnet Rise that allows her to dodge most of Shadow Man's attacks. However, she only gets one in of his own, so overall the round is mostly a wash. Who will pull out in front in the next round?

Aerza yet again has no luck dealing damage to Shadow Man, who gets another lick in and leaves the Lucario burnt. However, Shadow Man is starting to feel the effects of the prolonged battle! Can the Kitsunoh knock out Aerza before running out of gas, or will Aerza win a battle of attrition?

Both Pokemon finally ditch their fancy-schmancy strategy bullshit and start smashing each other in the face with their strongest moves. Aerza does a number to Shadow Man, but falls well short as Shadow Man just barely staves off exhaustion and finishes Aerza off!
